He held her hand and turn to his mother.

Siddharth and Avneet sat in the car. Avneet was in the driving seat. She started the car. Siddharth rested his head on the seat and closed his eyes. Avneet held his hand.
Siddharth: Avneet ghar chalo.
Avneet: Vaishu?
Siddharth: Mujhme him at nahin usse milne ki. I need some time, please.
Avneet nodded understanding his state of mind.
They drove off to their place. Siddharth went into the room and lay on the bed. He took Reem's photo and closed his eyes, letting tears take his pain out.
Siddharth: Reem ye dekh you have an elder sister too. Hamesha bolti thi na bhai kash mere pass di bhi hoti. Teri Di hain.
Voice: Haan bhai mujhe pata hain.
Siddharth jerked up listening voice. His eyes fell on Reem (his sister). She was standing there in a white gown. Her heartwarming smile. She isn't human but a ghost but her looks are like a fairy.
Siddharth (mumble): Rim Jhim...
Reem: Bhai jao di ke pass. She needs you. Itne time tak pata nahin tha but jab pata chal gaya to Di ko aese wait nahin karao.
Someone jerked Siddharth. He opens his eyes to see Avneet standing there.
Avneet: Sid utho. Kab se so gaye ho. Chalo lunch time ho raha hain. Vaishu se milna hain before surgery. Come...
Siddharth looked around to find no one.
Siddharth: Dream tha.
He sighed and did as Avneet said.
