The dance studio || hyunjin x f reader

"Hello." The boy said as he bowed after entering the room, fuck, the voice of the person I ran into in the hallway.

~ Nari's pov ~

I sat in awe as I remembered that voice from a couple hours ago when I wasn't paying attention and ran into someone. I smiled awkwardly before I jumped into my feet and bowed, "Hello"

I stood up straight and looked at the boy in front of me, he looked so familiar, "My name is Kim Nari" I said as I extend my hand to shake his. He smiled back almost in a slight smirk, "My name is Hwang Hyunjin."

WHAT.THE.ACTUAL.FUCK.

That's why he looked so familiar, as he removed his mask and cap to reveal his face, my heart almost dropped. A member of one of my favourite groups was stood in front of me, I tried not to freak out.

"Umm..." I cleared my throat, "Why do you need help with choreography, your an amazing dancer" I kind of questioned but it was more of a statement towards the end.

He chuckled slightly, "Even the best dancers have things they can learn from others." Was how he replied. I mean he wasn't wrong every dancers can learn from other dancers.

I smiled and nodded, "That is true." I turned to grab my phone to play the music, "I'll show you want I came up and you can tell me how you like it and if you want anything changed." He just smiled and nodded.

~ Hyunjin's pov ~

As she began to play the music she danced around the studio space, I was in awe at how good of a dancer she was. I watched her precise movements, she was an extremely good choreographer, the moves she used to the different parts of the music.

As she finished she looked at me, I gave her a big smile, "That was great, your an amazing choreographer." I told her, she looked at the ground and mumbled a thank you.

It took me about 35 minutes to learn the dance as she went over the moves slowly and with the counts to the music.

"You ready to perform it yourself." She asked, I nodded my head and she played the music, allowing me to repeat the choreo to the music.

Once I finished she clapped with a huge smile across her face, "That was incredible!" She exclaimed overly excited, it caused me to smile back.

~ Nari's pov ~

As I watched him dance I was in awe at how incredibly talented he was the way he moved while he danced, he was clearly so passionate about dancing.

After he finished I gave him a bottle of water, "here." I said holding the bottle out to him as he sat on the floor, "thank you" he replied.

After a few minutes he got up from the ground, "would I be able to record the dance" he asked, I looked at him a smiled slightly, "ye of course."
I went to take his phone to record it for him, "No." He simply said leaving me slightly confused.

"I need your phone to record it." I said blankly looking completely confused at this point, "I want you to be in it with me." I froze, he wanted me, ME! In the video with him dancing, "Really?" I questioned genially, he simply nodded before setting his phone up and hitting record.

We got into place and started the music, we dance the full dance and once we finished he ended the video and turned to me with a smile, "Your a really talented dancer" was what he said, he really thought I was talented when he has seen himself dance.

"Umm... t-thank you." I pauses, "Not as good as you though." He just shook his head "your just as good as me." I felt my heart beat a bit faster, having someone compliment me on my dancing was so nice to experience since my parents weren't very supportive of me dancing as a kid.

My thoughts were stopped by Hyunjin's phone ringing, "Sorry that's my car here" he stopped for a moment, "It was really nice meeting you, I hope to see you again." He replied before bowing I returned the bow "The same goes with you." I smiled widely, "Goodbye" we both said and he left the studio.

Wow I really just taught THE Hwang Hyunjin and dance, how in life did that just happen?
