Yue's POV
So turns out my hunch was correct, mum was pregnant. Two months ago she gave birth to my little brothers. Rico and Noah. Rico loves trying to annoy Noah, but Noah just ignores him. Like right now, Noah is sound a sleep while Rico nibbles his ear. I love my new baby brothers.
The others and I are now teenagers. Well Kiara, Tiifu, Zuri and I are. Luma, Nami and Ray won't be official teenagers until next month. But Ray's mane has started to grow in. I must say he looking cute. But he is sill as goofy as ever. He always reminds me to have fun.
Anyway, I will be going on our first solo hunts in a months time. I've been training heard. Following every trial, memorizing them. Listening for the tiniest sounds, following the faintest scents. As well as watching every hunt, memorizing each hunting formation. Kiara will of on hers later as she still needs to work on her stealth skills.
"You're doing it again" Ray states pulling me from my thoughts.
"What?" I ask confused.
"Thinking to hard, hunting isn't about thinking. It's instinctual" he tells me.
"But I have to remember to stay down wind, keep an eye out for sentries and..." I start to rant. And he shoves me. "Did you just push me?" I demand flattening my ears.
"You were ranting, come with me" he says.
"Where?" I ask him confused.
"For a run, you need to let loose" he states.
"But it's my brother's presentations today" I remind him.
"We'll be back in plenty of time" he assures me. "Come on" he says and leaves the den. I look back at the others sleeping and look back at him. It can't hurt, besides I won't be able to sleep. I follow him and he smiles. He takes off running and I chase him as he crosses the log.
"On your left!" I shout as I run past him and he chuckles.
"On your left" he says as he passes me.
"First one to the river wins" I tell him as I pass him.
