Hi guys and Happy Monday!

I hope you guys are all okay and have had a good couple of weeks. I know it's been 2 weeks since I last posted a chapter but I wasn't feeling great last Monday so I decided not to post. I'm feeling a bit better now though so I'm back to our weekly schedule :3!

As you can tell by the title, this chapter is a Christmas one, and I'm sorry for that cuz it's literally mid-July when I'm posting it but I hope you guys enjoy it all the same 😊!!

Summary: Aryia and Evra go on a trip to Texas before Christmas with some friends and Evra ends up becoming a tad bit jealous of them

Two days after game night, we were back on the road. Well, back on the plane anyway. The morning after playing Hide and Seek and Among Us with most of the Stranger Friends, Aryia had been chatting with one of the friends he had met through his sobriety programme. I was happy that they were sharing experiences and that he had other people to discuss things with, at least until I found out that he was talking to Kate. I didn't have much of a problem with her. She was actually a really nice and fun person to be around, always making jokes and writing stuff but I couldn't help but feel that she was a bit... flirtatious with my boyfriend when they hung out together. I knew he wasn't committing infidelity, I would never even think of him doing that or accuse him of doing it; especially after he had promised me forever and always with the addition of the infinity promise ring.

It was never in me to feel jealousy towards anyone, in fact I couldn't remember another point in my life where I'd ever felt jealous before. Sure, Aryia had other female friends – the rest of the Trap Girls for example – but when it came to Kate, I couldn't tell if there was something more to their friendship. I chalked it up to them sharing similar experiences, but that in itself also made me feel a bit jealous since even though I knew everything he'd been through and understood his feelings and how hard he'd worked on his journey after supporting him through it, I wasn't able to understand him on the same level as Kate. I knew he wouldn't cheat on me – especially after promising me so many times and giving me the ring in France – there was still a small thought lingering in the back of my mind that they were closer than close friends. Of course, we were that close too – even before we were in a relationship – and I knew I shouldn't be, but I still felt at least a little jealous that they were so close and able to bond in a way that we maybe never could. I knew he loved me, and I wasn't trying to control him, I just didn't want to lose him in any way, shape or form.

I'd been slightly hesitant to go to Texas with them when Aryia had first mentioned it but wanted to make sure that Aryia wouldn't do anything too crazy – besides, it would be fun... right?

Kate had come over to pick us up in the morning and we all discussed the plan of spending the next 24 hours in Texas. I was a bit nervous about the flight; weird as it was shorter than our flights to Boston and Europe but I was also kind of excited to see what we were getting up to in Aryia's birth state. I was at least glad to find out that their other friend Kaarina was tagging along, though not even more of Aryia's friends could distract me from the fact that I was peeved to find out that bodybuilding YouTuber Connor Murphy was also tagging along for the trip, and I knew exactly what that could mean: the trip was going to be wild... though maybe not in the way I wanted or expected.

As we got our bags ready to pile into Kate's car, we said our goodbyes to Ronnie and Rémy with the promise that we would see them both when we got home the next evening. If I was being entirely honest, I was apprehensive for the trip but was glad I was tagging along for the sole reason of spending time with Aryia and seeing what crazy shit he and the others would be getting up to.
