If you're in Europe like me, I'm sorry for the late update, but for everywhere else in the world, I'm on time, so we good (hopefully lolol 😅😅🤭)

I hope you guys are having a good day/night - I just came off a 4 hour flight a couple of hours ago and I'm sat in bed warming up and trying to aclimatize back to the weather I'm used to before vacation, so that's why I'm a bit late (apologies). I will still be updating and finishing the book as scheduled on New Year's day. Tomorrow and Monday I'm posting twice daily - once in the morning and once in the evening so definitely look forward to that and the finalized versions of chapters I'll be posting, as well as the 51st part of this book explaining the update :3
This chapter is short but also sweet, so I hope you enjoy 😊😊

Summary: Aryia, Eileen and Evra force Kévin to buy a tree with them 🤭 after decorating the baby's nursery

Chapter song: Sugar, I'm Going Down - Aryia

In the coming weeks, my mom and dad visited again. My mom insisted on spending a couple of days with me to go shopping for the baby before he was born. But I knew that part of her reason for visiting LA was to help Aryia and my dad to try to bond a bit more too.

I thought my dad didn't have any more time off for vacations available for the year. But my mom explained that he had taken this time off earlier in the year to visit Los Angeles again; which made sense to me, so I decided to drop the conversation and continue our shopping spree.

By the time we got back, the boys were watching the soccer world cup in the living room. The match was USA VS Wales with my dad complaining over the fact that Wales shouldn't be in the tournament because they were part of the UK as Kévin ate some popcorn and Ronnie hopped up onto the sofa. We were quiet as we reentered the house so I could surprise Aryia by covering his eyes with my hands and making him laugh, kissing him before I went toIas going to get changed, returning to the sofa to watch the match with them and showing everyone everything we'd bought.

...

"No Kévin, it's this piece! See?!" Aryia yelled at our roommate.

"Nah bro, it's this one, see?"

"Dude, I'm fitting the left side, that's the right one."

"Exactly. This is the right one." Kévin laughed.

Aryia rolled his eyes while Eileen and I giggled to yourselves.

The boys were putting their hands to use by constructing the baby's crib that I'd ordered after buying our new bed frame while Eileen and I were painting the room a subtle yet soft palladian blue.

Aryia wanted me to stay away from the scent of paint since he didn't want the paint fumes to harm the baby so to meet in the middle I decided to wear a face mask throughout the painting process. Aryia also wanted to paint a white crescent moon on the wall with some clouds and stars, but I was currently finding it difficult to bend over which meant that he'd had to create the cloud effect himself – Eileen painting the moon on the wall after the paint had dried. And other than the indigestion symptoms I felt from all of the moving around that Baby Wolfy had been doing, it had been a really fun day of organizing the baby's room.
