DAY 1/2 — DAY 1 FESTIVAL GROUNDS
there's actually a lot of fun stuff here —You were looking at a brochure with a map of the property. You and Dash just completed a pretty challenging mirror maze as she had to wait until noon for the paddle board event. It was 10 at the moment.
"See something you like?" Dash asked beside you, bending down to your height.
"...This obstacle course looks fun." You point.
She laughed. "Me and you?"
"...Yes," you smiled.
"You might can beat me in dumb strategy games," her forefinger booped your nose, her lips smirking, "but I'm the star athlete."
"I don't care," your smile widened. "I just wanna have fun."
"...I'll go easy," she stood back up, taking your hand and guiding you both to the inflatable event, "but you're still losing."
You softly laughed, "I know."
"Good morning, ladies!" the coordinator happily greet, asking to see your wristbands before continuing. "I'm Silver Petal. Are you two interested in this inflatable obstacle course?"
"She's interested in losing," Dash sneered, making the coordinator laugh as you two got on the starting point.
this is huge, i'm gonna have an asthma attack or something —There were several twists, turns, and (of course) obstacles. This course was at least 100 feet if you stretched it out.

Silver Petal continued, "When you two hear the buzzer, you can start. I'll be at the end to clarify any close ties."
she's not even tying her hair up —You laughed in defeat when you glanced at Dash in a track-starting pose.
getting cooked —You simply brute-forced it when the buzzer sounded, and you're fully aware that sole brawn couldn't compare to Dash's speed, but you were really just having fun.
