You and Trixie looked at Sunset's bag when it began vibrating: a pink glow emitted from any opening of the pouch. Watching Sunset swing the bag to her frontside and open it, the source was revealed to be her messaging device with Twilight. She quickly grabbed the book and opened it, her eyes scanning the live cursive.
how do ponies without horns write —Sunset gasped, showing you and Trixie the message. "If we don't find this rock formation by sunset tomorrow, my friends' memories of me will be gone forever!"

"How do you know it's tomorrow and not today?" you inquired. Twilight didn't suggest a time, this was Sunset's estimation. "Were they mean the day before yesterday or just yesterday?"
Sunset paused, terror filling her expression as she saw your point. "I guess I don't... We didn't text yesterday, so we either have nine hours to find the rock and destroy it or 32."

You led the way through the woods behind the school, which was to be expected as you were one of the two people in the entire scholar population who knew where the garden was. But in everyone's defense, woods were a strange place to put a garden. You also didn't know it was back here as one would think this area is restricted, but, in Wallflower's defense, no sign actually says that.
