SUNDOWN — FESTIVAL GROUNDS

"Oh, it's not the Dazzlings," you told Sunset when you realized what she was hinting at as you all made it to their show. She, and everyone else, looked at you.

"How do you know?"

that's a good question, actually   —Now that you were saying it out loud, you realized your evidence wasn't too sound: "...Well, I just assumed since I've seen them every day for the past 19 days and they do the same thing every day, so they're also under the influence of the time loop, and they're not creating another zombie, teenage army so they don't have magic."

"Mm..." she hummed, looking back at the stage. "...I wouldn't put it past them to just act like they're stuck in the time loop too so no one catches on. All we did is get rid of their voices, but not necessarily their ability to use other magic."

fair enough   —You shrugged. You quite literally had nothing better to do. You've done everything this festival offers. The Rainbooms watched the trio as they walked off the stage.

Rarity was the first to mutter, "The chord progression is kind of samey-samey..."

well, it's a song about being stuck so it might be an artistic decision   —You didn't argue as you looked at Sunset, "That's not the point. The Dazzlings are behind the time loop!"

"Still no excuse for lazy songwriting~" she sang with a sneering smile.

"So what are we gonna do?" Dash exclaimed. Sunset took a second to think, eventually gazing at Snips and Snails trying to get backstage and obtain an autograph.

She smirked, "Get backstage."

Twilight added some logic to this situation. It was then you realized this version of her has never met the Dazzlings. She didn't have the same urgency as her friends, "Our backstage passes are only good for day two, and you're not a V.I.P.."

"You're a V.-important-P. to me," Pinkie Pie smiled in an effort to alleviate Sunset's annoyance, but you would argue that she only further worsened it as the latter's eyes rolled.

jesus   —Dash looked down at you when you chuckled but you shook your head. Sunset ignored Pinkie Pie and continued her conversation with Twilight, "The key is getting past him—" she point to the security guard.

"I don't know..." You looked back at Fluttershy as she spoke, "He made Snips and Snails cry when all they wanted was an autograph."

"Then I got this!" Pinkie Pie cracked her fingers and neck. "The weak shall crumble before me!"

oh, wow, she acknowledged her   —Sunset grabbed her arm, "Wait! If you want to help, let me come up with a plan. No distractions," Pinkie Pie walked off again when Sunset let go of her and closed her eyes as she continued talking, "no detours, no-" She realized.

"walking off while I'm talking to you..." You all followed Pinkie Pie.
