Katniss POV- (Monday)

"Wake up, Katniss. It's nine" Peeta gently nudges my shoulder.

I actually got a little bit of sleep last night and I wish I could sleep longer because I'm in the most comfortable position I've been able to get in.

"Can I sleep till nine thirty, please?" I ask him, not moving a muscle.

"Sure. You'll have to hurry when you get up though. Okay?" Peeta says sweetly.

I nod, "How long have you been up?" I ask him curiously, seeing he's wide awake.

"For a few hours. I'm just really excited." He says.

I smile sleepily, "Me too."

He chuckles, "Get a few more minutes of sleep and I'll come back in a bit." Peeta says, kissing my lips.

Little tingles flutter through out my body and of course my stomach.

"Never mind, come back." I say to Peeta who just exited.

He turns around, confused, "What?"

"You woke it up or something." I say, slightly annoyed as I feel my ribs being gently kicked internally.

He chuckles, "How did I do it?" He asks, realizing what I meant.

"You kissed me and yeah." I say, with a tired laugh.

Peeta smiles, "I'm sorry. Do you want to get up then now?"

"Yeah, I'm wide awake now."

He nods, "I'm sorry."

I sigh, "Will you make me breakfast?" I ask him.

I'm starving.

"Of course. Get ready and come down in a few." Peeta says, leaving the room.

I lay there a few more minutes, feeling the baby kicking.

It's really annoying at times but still so cool.

There's a live thing inside of me and it's all because Peeta and I did one thing and it's just now that I understand the term 'made love'.

Because we did.

We made a baby and that's the purest thing I can think of.

Love and babies.

I sigh and get up.

Luckily, I feel pretty good so I take a quick shower and get dressed, throwing my hair in a ponytail and head downstairs.

Peeta's whistling a tune and making me one of the only things I can actually still eat without making me want to puke.

Toast and jelly.

I've burnt myself out on so many things lately, this is the only thing that actually sounds a little appetizing.

"Bon appetite." Peeta teases as he sets the plate of food in front of me.

I laugh, "Thanks." I say genuinely.

He smiles and sits down next to me, just watching me as I scarf down the food.

"What?" I ask with a laugh.

"Nothing, this is just the best thing ever." Peeta says.

I shrug, "Okay."

He watches me until I finish at about 9:30ish.

"We have thirty minutes. Hey, after we leave, I'll take you out to eat, if you feel up to it." Peeta says.

"Okay. That sounds like it will be good for us both." I say and zip a jacket over my t-shirt.
