Hi! :D

Alight last chapter!

Yup, sorry this is gonna be the end.

No, I'm so sorry xD This is not the last chapter!

Question of the day!

This is my first time writing a "real book" like... such a long text. I've written other things before but that's not as much as this. My question is... is the book okay? Does it make sense? Is there too much going on? Should I describe scenarios better?

English is not my first language so it would help if I knew about mistakes I might often do because I do not know about them and I'm probably not gonna know even if I read through my book.

Cheers!

Bewo had no idea what it was and it scared him on behalf of Marco.

Marco couldn't defend himself from wild animals, could he?

"Let's go, Marco," Bewo said and led Marco faster through and among trees and bushes.

"Something is there," Marco mumbled.

"I know," Bewo said and kept going. "I don't like to be hunted when you are on the line. I could take it in a fight."

The clicking sound sounded right next to them and Bewo yanked Marco away from the sound.

"I can't see it," Bewo hissed and looked at the bush he had heard the sound come from.

The clicking sound appeared on their other side and further up.

Bewo held Marco close and tight. He wasn't sure if they were hunted by one or more.

Bewo looked at the tree the sound came from but it was too dark. A few clouds in the sky made it almost impossible to see.

A clicking came from behind them and Bewo was sure there wasn't just one. If these creatures were hostile he had to fight at least two of them.

"Let's keep moving," Bewo commanded and led Marco into a fast walking pace. "They have not shown any sign of hostility."

"Other than stalking us," Marco commented. "That's what a lot of predators do. They stalk and then strike at the perfect moment."

"Don't worry, Marco," Bewo said and squeezed his hand softly. "I'm here this time. I won't let them hurt you."

"I know," Marco said just to be extra. If he had to be honest he wasn't sure Bewo could protect him. At least I can protect myself, Marco thought.

Marco watched something move in the corner of his eye and he looked. He wasn't sure what he had seen. It was gone in half a second. He had only seen a small dark body. It hadn't been much more than the size of a big bulldog.

Bewo looked directly up when there was clicking right above his head. They were surrounded by something they couldn't see.

"Should we run?" Marco asked. Even though he felt tired after their affair he couldn't keep his adrenaline down. These creatures were big threats, that's how Marco saw it.
