"How dare you?" Aitan growled with a strong taste of hate on his tongue.

"We have lost many warriors, Aitan," Nadian continued, ignoring Aitan's growling voice. "We have lost too many commanders. When you come back you and your brother will become commanders."

"What?" Aitan burst out flatly. "Wait, we can't. We have to pass the tests."

"Boy, our world is dying and we all know how good both of your scores are," Nadian let out. He then changed the subject slightly. "There was not just one queen. We found two more and Cannarrah won't survive if we don't get help fast. We need you."

"Have the ponnarrians join us," Aitan said.

"It's against the rules-"

"There are no rules in war, commander," Aitan let out firmly. "I thought you knew that, Nadian."

"I reckon I have gone softer over a short period of time, Aitan-"

"Whatever your reason is to spare these monsters, get it out of your head," Aitan growled.

"Noted," Nadian let out and thought about his newfound love. Qhuwat. He was the reason he had gone soft. He should push Qhuwat out of his life as much as possible. "Get back as soon as you can."

"We will, commander," Aitan let out with a nod. "I will message you when I know when we will arrive."

They hung up and Aitan took a deep breath. He let out a sigh as he breathed out.

"Are we already going back?" Noah asked. "What about our future here? What about the children we were supposed to have?"

"Plans have changed," Aitan said. "I can't live on when I know I could have done something to help my people."

Aitan grabbed Noah by the wrist and told him to follow.

"Aitan!?" Noah whined but went along with him.

Aitan quickly wrote a message to his brother. Bewo replied almost instantly.

Now he was informed that we had to go, Aitan thought, now I just need to tell Drela.

They were close to her house and they didn't even knock.

"We've been commanded to go back to Cannarrah," Aitan said when he saw her.

"Now?" Drela let out and her voice broke.

"Are you crying?" Aitan asked when seeing her expression. "Why are you crying? What happened?"

"I just found out my father has been killed by asperas," Drela sobbed. Noah's nose wrinkled when he saw her. "He was a commander on Cannarrah."

"Yeah, I'm sorry," Aitan said. "I want to be there for you but I have to go back to Cannarrah. There are three queens and the planet won't make it if it does not get help immediately."
