ZAIA'S POV

"Baby! How's your dinner with Caleb's grandparents?"

"His grandparents are nice people Mom."

"You are too early baby. 9:25pm pa lang."

"It was just a simple dinner Dad with his grand parents. I reminded Caleb na hanggang 10pm lang ako."

Tumikhim sya at tumingin kay Mommy.

"Ah baby!"

Sabi ni Mommy at hinawakan ako sa kamay.

"We're just wondering how you met Caleb? Is it okay if you tell us about him?"

I already know that my parents will ask me about Caleb. All my life, they did everything to protect me from those people who trying to harm me. I don't have any idea why those people wants to hurt me.

"Uhm! Caleb is an Architect. 5 years older than me. He works in an architectural firm in Manila.

"What type of a person he is? And baby nakakatampo ka! You never had a close guy friend before."

Siguro to warn her to stop from nagging.

"Caleb is an introvert type."

He will just keeps silent and a very selective in answering my curiosity.

"The first time we met, nung araw na dumating tayo dito sa Legaspi, Mom.

"I assure you! He is a good man, Mom. I'm sorry if I was not able to tell you and Dad the truth about us. I was so scared that both of you might get mad at me at ikukulong nyo ulit ako sa bahay. I love the freedom you give me. I can take care of myself too."

I know they wanted to tell me about those bad guys who are trying to hurt us.

"We want to formally talk to him, baby. If he has a free time tomorrow.

"S-ure Mom. I will tell him."tumango si Mommy sa akin.

"You can go to your room now and have a rest baby."
