"I just had my visions, and you were there. Fredrick was introducing us to the dark side, and explaining my fate." I stuttered, the world was still spinning. Alex nodded and said,"Jonathan this is a lot to take on, don't you think you should relax until the next vision comes." His soft brown eyes looked at me trying to comfort me, and I decided to relax. Suddenly he took my hand and said," I know your family is angry with you but trust me I'll stay by with you this whole time, and I'll do whatever I can to make sure this Fredrick guy not kill you." I knew that in about 3 seconds I would see guts all over the wall because I was about to explode. "Thanks Alex." I murmured. "but I don't know if I can stop this curse." Then he stood up and yelled,"JONATHAN PLEASE JUST HAVE HOPE! I CARE ABOUT YOU SO MUCH AND TRUST ME WITH THE AMOUNT I LOVE I HAVE FOR YOU I WILL PROTECT YOU!" I was shaking and freaking out. "Alex did you say you love me?" I said with a tear streaming down my face. He then took my face in his hands, and kissed me passionately. I froze right on the spot and kissed him back, tracing a heart onto his cheek with my hand. Then Fredrick appeared behind him and next thing you know I heard a gunshot and Alex drop to the floor.
"JONATHAN?! JONATHAN?!" Alex was shaking me as I woke up. I was shivering and in tears. What kind of dream was that?
"Okay, think Jon, how would we find out more about Fred?" Alex asked.
I had just told Alex all about his dream-vision.
"I don't know, maybe we'll find something at my uh their house?" I was still getting used to the whole shunned-from-his-family-now-I'm-sorta-homeless deal.
"Let's go, but let's wait till night. Easier to break in that way," Alex said nodding.
So we spent the day doing what they would've always done on a normal day:
Alex would chat and have fun while I would try to not blurt out anything.
When the sky had turned pitch black, we set out to the large house a block away.
When nearing the front lawn, we saw a tiny hooded figure climb out of my bedroom window. We landed on the grass and started to sneak away.
It wasn't my home anymore, but that didn't mean he couldn't stop a crime in process.
Luckily, Alex had seen the figure too.
Both of us started running towards the person.
But, unfortunately, the person had seen us too and started running away from us.
"I can't see a thing!" Alex shouted.
All of a sudden, I suddenly wasn't racing down the street. I was racing down the street two streets away. I blinked and I was back and running next to Alex.
"What the heck?!" He shouted while running.
Maybe another vision?
I took the shortcut to the street he saw and found the person running.
Now, I wasn't a good athlete, but I managed to flying tackle the person, and send both of them flying down.
I peered down and saw two large brown eyes staring back at him.
It was a girl. The girl below us had a hideous black hoodie covering up her face, but I was able to see two eyes, a familiar shade of brown.
"Get off," she panted,"And I swear I won't run."
I stared at her warily, but gently got up. She rose to her feet and I was able to properly look at her.
She wore dark black skinny jeans accompanied by combat boots, that stopped at the middle of her shin. Her unzipped hoodie revealed a band Tshirt underneath. She had a few strands of dark, rich hair sticking out, and her hair was and olive tone.
She studied Alex and me stuck her hands in her pocket.
She blinked.
I was now no longer studying the mysterious girl, but I was studying Alex and myself.
Then I blinked.
I was back in my spot.
"Your eyes!" Alex exclaimed."They were gold!"
What?
Her eyes had been gold?
He had just looked through her eyes.
That means...
"Are you- a Wilter?" He questioned.
Her emotionless face suddenly drained of what little color it had, and she stared him dead in the eye.
"Why?"
"Cause, the gold..." He stuttered.
