Disgust was the only emotion on my family's faces as I poured everything out. The dead people, my new fascination of the disapproved boy, everything. I had finally thought I made or through to them, but I was wrong. They forced me to leave, they said I was a disgrace to their family name. I ran out of the house into the pouring rain. I couldn't tell what were teardrops and what were raindrops. My feet led me as a made my way through the dark street. I was in no hurry; it wasn't like I had somewhere to go. A few movies later, I found myself on Alex's welcome mat. I took a breath and knocked. Shuffling sounds and undoing locks were heard. Finally, the door opened to reveal Alex. His appearance seemed flawless even in the dead of night. His blond hair framed his honey-tone face an his brown eyes were warm and welcoming. He was in a pair of striped pijamas and had on brown slippers. He rubbed his tired eyes.
"J-Jonathan?"
"Umm. Hello."
"Come in it pouring buckets outside!"
I stepped into the dim lit living space and Alex looked at me expectantly.
"What's up?"He gave me a towel and I quickly dried off. My face turned red when I noticed the trail of water I had made on the wooden floor. He studied me and repeated "What's up?" I bit my lip and whispered," My family kicked me out." He put his hand through his hair and tapped his chin and I felt like I was going to melt right there. Then he smiled brightly and said," Maybe that's a good thing they seemed to be a horrible family. Now you can start a new life and finally be free and all the weight will be off your shoulders." I wanted to scream at him and tell him that I was just a fall out and that something had to be severely wrong with me. He probably would get whatever disease I had in a few minutes. "I have golden eyes! I see strange visions." I cried. "Well isn't that cool, you're different and you can bring an entire different generation to the Wilter family!" He said stepping closer to me. "NO!" I screamed. "Can't you see that I'm good for nothing and that there's something horribly wrong with me! I can't even control my mind. And here I am standing here, just a stupid boy who's deeply in love with-" and that's when my eyes glowed a bright yellow and every singe item in the house that was made of glass, shattered.
