El and Jon began walking around, but I couldn't break eye contact with the heart. Science was always my passion, I knew at as young as 3 that my future would revolve around it. But seeing an actual human heart, up close and personal was astonishing. I quickly snuck a picture of it before El saw and made fun of me. We decided to head north, we'd rather be thrown up than the other way out. Jonathan clearly scared, and where we were heading seemed extremely loud. My guess was Fredrick was asleep, and was snoring like a water buffalo. El gripped her hand on Securis,"can't we just slit Fredrick's throat while he's asleep." She grumbled. Jonathan sighed,"Elaina, we all want to but we need information from him to destroy this curse plus we need him to get to Maya." We kept trudging through, and I guessed that we were almost inside of his neck. I sat on the floor and patted it,"Looks like we're sleeping here, gang." El crossed her arms,"How are we supposed to sleep in a man's throat. All I brought was a pillow from home and I'm freezing." I sighed and took off my jacket and draped it around her. Jonathan just turned his gaze and suddenly seemed to have a sudden interest to the bloody walls. "Jon will U be okay?" I asked him. He turned towards me and mumbled,"I have Pia, I'll be okay." Pia was Jon's stuffed raccoon. Jon said he kept him safe when times were tough at home. I still was proud that he was 14 and didn't seem to care. Jon settled down, clutching Pia and covering his ears over the sound of the whispers of people Fredrick killed, and his snoring. I scooted towards him and snuggled near him whispering,"Don't be scared." As I drifted off into a deep slumber.
