Izuku was in the gym doing some lifts while wrapped around his waist was a chain that was holding 500 pounds of weights. He was using the bare minimum of OFA to do this and force his body to work harder with limited power.
"Come on bro ya just got to do 30 more!" Said Kirish trying to encourage his friend.
"Oh boy only 30 more, that just makes it hurt more since my body now knows how many I have to do" said Izuku as he lifted his body up again.
Rumi got done with her leg presses and looked over towards Izuku and decided to give him some encouragement, walking over with a slight sway of her hips she got near him and stood up on her elongated toes and whispered in his ear.
"If you beat your record I'll let you do whatever you want to me tonight~ you can put a collar on me for all I care~" she said with a heavy blush and could feel herself getting turned on.
Hearing that, Izuku's grip on the bar tightened so much that the metal groaned and warped before he started to pull himself up even faster.
Letting out a small giggle she walked off but stopped when she saw Ryuko in her dragon form, breath out a large breath of fire from her mouth.
She couldn't help but smile when she remembered the day Izuku helped her unlock the ability to breath fire.

Flashback 4 years ago.
It's only been a year into their training with Gran Torino and sometimes Nighteye when he isn't busy.
They have been making very good progress, but they hit a small snag because Ryuko wants to try and breath fire but nothing she did worked.
"NOTHING WORKS!!" Snapped Ryuko in her dragon form, she is usually always calm and collected but after years of nothing but complete and utter failure every time.
"Ryuko calm dow-" "WHY SHOULD I!!! NOTHING WORKS AND MY QUIRK JUST MAKES IT SO HARD FOR ME TO CONTROL EVERYTHING AND YOU WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS IS LIKE!! I FUCKING WISH I WAS QUIRKLESS LIKE YOU!!!" Said Izuku before she cut him off.
Complete silence was all that was heard in the gym and Ryukos brain finally registered what she said and her eyes went wide as she looked over at Izuku who looked hurt as be looked away.
"I-Izu I-".
"No... it's ok... I'll just leave you be... I don't understand what it's like to have a quirk" he then turned and walked away, while trying to keep his tears in, he promised himself he'd never cry infront of others, ever again.
"Wait Izuku please I'm sorry" she said feeling horrible for loosing her composure and letting her dragon instincts control her. But even worse she felt absolutely disgusted in herself for snapping at him for something like that.
He heard her but kept walking.
Looking down at the ground, she began to cry as her body slowly shrunk to her human form and just broke down crying.
"Why.. why did I say that... what kind of friend am I for saying something so heartless" she said between tears.
Rumi looked at her then to Izuku who just finally disappeared from sight, she wanted to help them both, but deep down knew this was something they would have to fix themselves and she would just have to push them in the right direction.
She walked up to her and sat next to her, before she pulled her into a hug "tell me what's going on, this isn't like you".
"I... I just wanted to breath fire like Dragons do in fantasy.. but nothing I did seemed to work... and after years of nothing but failure... I snapped at him and said things I didn't mean to" she said while trying to stop crying.
