Their Bunny

Chapter 12

It was Lunch at Hemlock Grove high. She had cooked an amazing lunch. By the time she walked out of the school to get away from the building, she saw Roman staring at something. She softly touched his arm making him look at her.

"Rome, you okay?" Kerrianne asked him.

"Look forward," Roman discreetly pointed in front of him.

There was a spike in Kerrianne's emotions.

Jealous

Anger

Sadness

Kerrianne pulled him by his hand, walking down the steps almost making Peter not talk to Lethia. Kerrianne avoided eye contact with Peter making Lethia think she won. Kerrianne smiled at Shelley, softly hugging the girl before leading Roman to an empty bench. She put an old jacket over her thighs. She opened her food case.

"Did you eat Rome?" Kerrianne questioned him.

"No, why? What did you cook?" Roman replied to her.

"Burrito bowl with Chicken and shrimp." Kerrianne whispers.

"Feed it to me." Roman whispers kind of knowing Peter was staring at them.

"Okay." Kerrianne nodded before scooping some food out feeding Roman who almost moaned at the taste.

"It's good. Ain't it." Kerrianne giggled at him as she ate some herself.

Peter was getting jealous of his two mates talking and sharing together. He watched Kerrianne playfully smack Roman chest when he told her a joke. Roman could feel her emotions feeling much better than when he had shown her Peter and Lethia. Roman would softly touch the bunny sending shivers and causing goosebumps as her body welcomed his touch.

Shelley was now confused, did her brother like Kerrianne too. She watched Peter ignore Lethia basically watching Kerrianne and her brother talk and basically share her lunch. She was happy that her brother found someone to be there for him. He wouldn't be lonely anymore.

"My mom wanted me to invite you to the 20th anniversary gala tomorrow. We are having it for my father." Roman said.

"Really. Okay yeah. Have you asked her about the picture?" Kerrianne says.

"They used to work with Godfrey industries. That's as much I could get out of her." Roman said, making her nod.

"Thank you. I will be there tomorrow." Kerrianne states as she feeds Roman the last bite before boxing everything up.

She put the lunch box in her bag. She grabs Roman's hand.

"Come on, Walk me to my next class." Kerrianne said before she pulled him along and Roman was just enjoying the ride and the back of Kerrianne.

Peter was now upset. Kerrianne still avoided him the rest of the day, spending time with only Roman and occasionally Shelley if she saw her in the hallway. People were beginning to think Roman, and the 'witch' was dating. They would see Roman have his hand around her waist or him moving her hair to the side, whispering into her ear with a smirk. Peter walks out the school to see Christina Wendell, who's been a pain in his side since he got there. He stood near her.

"I heard what happened to you in the woods. I'm sorry." Peter says as Christina stared at him gripping her books.

"Why would you be sorry?" Christina asked.
