*I woke up at 7 am on the dot cause today was my first day back in Chicago and I'm starting my position in Hank voights intelligence unit and I couldn't be more excited! , I hopped out of the shower all nice and warm and I brushed my hair and then put on my pink fuzzy robe and headed to my bedroom and got changed into the clothes I'm wearing today*

*I put this outfit on and I brushed my long blonde hair into a low ponytail and did some loose curls in it and I then finished it off with some light makeup and I grabbed my badge and my gun from NYC and I got in my car and I drove to the district but as I was driving I saw posters around with my dads face on it saying don't drink and drive etc and I started tearing up because everyone remembers my fathers death it was a tragic they were doing a raid with all the districts in Chicago and one of the people they were raiding on put a gun to my fathers chin and blew his brain out apparently some cops didn't return to duty after that next day and never did go back and everyone saw it happen but after the 10 min drive I made it to the district so I parked my car and looked in my car mirror to make sure I looked ok and I headed inside and I headed up to the front desk* ?:can I help you ? Ness:yeah I'm looking for Hank Voight ? ?:aren't we all Ness:excuse me ? ?:he's really busy at the moment but if you could leave or name and number he can get back to you ? Ness:I'm detective Vanessa miller from the FBI ?:ohh I'm sorry I'll buzz you up Ness:thank you ! *i headed up the stairs and before I made it to the top step I took a deep breath and headed inside the bullpen* ?:can I help you *looks at badge* detective ? Ness:yeah I'm looking for Hank Voight ?:in his office *points* Ness:thank you ! *I headed to his office and I knocked on his door and I heard a faint come in so I opened the door and closed it again after I came inside* Hank:Vanessa ! It's so nice to see you again ! *hugs ness* Ness:nice to see you do ! *hugs back* Hank:so are you ready to change out that badge ? Ness:so ready ! *laughs* Hank:well here you go ! And let's introduce you to the team *we headed out to the bullpen and I stood beside hank* Hank:this is detective Vanessa Millers from The FBI in NYC make her feel welcome cause she's here to stay ! *hank heads back into his office and I'm left out with all the boys* ?:hi I'm detective Jay Halstead Ness:nice to meet you jay ! *smiles* ?:hi I'm Adam ruzek Ness:Vanessa Millers but please call me ness ?:kevin Atwater ! Ness:nice to meet you Kevin ! ?:Antonio Dawson ?Kim burgess *as I sit down to my desk I see the one person I haven't seen in a long time come up over the stairs and she noticed me to* Erin:omg Ness ! What are you doing here *hugs her* Ness:I decided to move back ! *hugs back* Erin:Omg ! How are you !? Ness:great actually Erin:that's amazing to hear ! *I head back over to my desk and I set up everything I have and I laid it all out and Hank came out of his office* Hank:Erin I want you to show Vanessa around the district introduce her to some patrol officers you know Erin:yeah Of course ! Come on ! *me and Erin head downstairs and she shows me around to all the places* Adams POV Adam:why does her name sound really familiar? Jay:yeah ! I felt like I heard it before ? Hank:it's because you have heard it before! Plenty of times Adam:who is she? Hank:that's Danny Millers daughter Kevin:is that guy that got his brains blew out ? Hank:yup ! Adam:no way ! I feel so bad for her Jay:really ! Man it must be tough Ness POV Erin:and then that's the vending machine that always takes your money but never gives you food ! Ness:we had one of Those to back in NY Erin:oh I forgot to ask how was NY ? Ness:alright I guess it wasn't the best thing but it was a nice starter Erin:yeah I bet ! The FBI isn't easy Ness:tell me about it? Erin:what brings you back ? Ness:got to close to a case and it ended in me not being able to sleep or eat it wasn't healthy so I came here for a fresh start Erin:oh I'm sorry ! But I'm glad your back Ness:me to ! *smiles* Erin:I'm also glad that I'm not the only girl anymore! Cause Those bozos are real idiots some time Ness:I bet ! *laughs* also I think I remember Alvin somewhere ? Erin:well he was there when your father you know Ness:it's ok you can say it ! Erin:well he was there and he was the one who informed your family him and Hank Ness:that's where I know him from Erin:yeah him,Hank and your dad were best buds Ness:yeah I think I remember him around the house sometimes Erin:probably! But we should probably head back upstairs Ness:yeah ! *we head back up the stairs and I sit down at my desk and then sarge came out of his office* Hank:there is a protest going on right now in Central Park so suit up and let's head over Ness:sarge ? Who's my partner ? Hank:oh sorry jay and ness Erin and Antonio and Kevin and Adam Ness:thanks ! *we headed down to the basement and we put on our vests and I followed jay to his truck and I sat in the front seat* Jay:ok if we are going to be partners I need to l ask something Ness:shoot Jay:why would you come back to Chicago and as a police officer after what happened to your father Ness:why not ! I mean someone had to finish the job for him Jay:understandable and also I'm very sorry for your loss Ness:thank you ! I appreciate you asking Jay:listen ! I know we don't know each-other yet but if you have any problems or questions you can ask me ok ? Ness:thanks jay !
