Game Over

When a wildfire occurs in any grassland or forest, and a camper is trapped inside, he or she does his or her best to escape. Because one way or another, we all have our survival instincts. It's just a matter of whether we succeed or not.

Just like in our daily lives. It's inevitable to encounter problems and challenges. The heavy circumstances for you might not weigh anything to someone else at all. But that doesn't give them the right to invalidate your feelings. Kaya sobrang mahalaga na makahanap ka ng tamang support system mo while going through your life crises.

If the camper survives the wildfire, he will be a living testament of a miracle. He may or may not go back to camping again, but if he does, he will be wiser the next time. And more people might go with him to witness his greatness. To see for themselves what in the actual reality he went through and how he succeeded.

And I want to be like that, too. I want to succeed in this hurdle I am going through.

I was wearing a fitted maong shorts and a flowy ruffled blouse. Nakatsinelas lang din ako dahil gusto ko sanang bumili ng kung ano lang sa labas, just to give myself a reason to go out.

I already consulted my therapist about this last night and she gladly agreed.

I already reached the gate. Thanks to her.

It's supposed to have a remote pero hindi ko mahanap sa loob. It's a good thing that there's a button option, although may fingerprint scanner 'to na ang nababasa lang ay tanging mga fingerprints naming magpipinsan. This property was named to us the moment we were birthed kaya gano'n.

The gate created a rustling sound as it moved open. Natuwa ako roon. Damn, the small things really make me happy nowadays.

The moment it unblocked my vision, I jolted back with wide eyes when I was greeted by a guard in uniform with his gun pointed at me! The way he stood tells me how he is so ready to attack me!

He was alert one second, and then clueless in the next. It amused me.

He gave me an apologetic look.

I took a deep breath and smiled at him. Nahihiyang napayuko ito.

"It's okay, sir.

His mouth parted.
