59 End Game

    "Cap! What do you want me to do with this damn thing?" I heard Clint ask.

      "Get those Stones as far away as possible!" Steve yelled.

    "No! We need to get 'em back where they came from." Smart Hulk shouted.

    "No way to get 'em back. Thanos destroyed the quantum tunnel." Tony told us.

     "Hold on! That wasn't our only Time Machine." Scott says and a car horn plays la cucaracha.

   "Anyone see an big ugly brown van out there?" Steve asked.

   "Yes! But you're not gonna like where it's parked!" valkyrie yelled.

    "Scott, how long you need to get that thing working?" Tony asked.

    "Uh, maybe 10 minutes." Scott answered.

     "Get it started." I tell him.

    "We'll get the Stones to you." Steve told him.

    "We're on it, Cap." Hope said.

I pick up a chunk of rubble and throw it forward at the charging Aliens.

I was thrown back as fire rained down onto the field.
I stand up and someone jumps at me and flipped around so I was on top just as a blast would have hit me I look to see Bucky.

    "Are you hurt?" Bucky asked worried as helped me up.

    "Not from that, thank you." I give him a kiss before quickly looking up and blocking another blast from hitting us.

When we got up were both thrown to the ground, Bucky holds onto me as the fire continues all around and suddenly the rain of blast's stopped. We look up as the ship starts shooting as something coming towards it in the sky.

    "What the hell is this?" Sam asked.

I watch as something shot through the air flying straight through the ship before she turned back around going straight through the top causing the ship to slowly crash down into the water. Bucky and I get up, I gave him a hug before we went back to fighting.

   "Danvers, we need an assist here." Steve called.

I look up as Valkyrie flying a little overhead.

    "Can I have a lift!" I call up to her. She fly's down and I grab her hand, swinging on the back of the pegasus.

    "I don't know how you're gonna get it through all of that." Peter Parker, the kid, said handing the gauntlet to Carol.

    "Don't worry." Wanda told him as I jump off the pegasus.

    "She's got help." Okoye stood strong as Pepper in the suit Tony made for her dropped her down and joined us.

Mantis the Alien girl with antennas walked up with Shuri. Gamora and Nebula walked up as Hope got big and we ran towards the Aliens.
I threw some in the air as one of the big flying Chitauri were held back by Wanda I caused the Alien's that I threw in the air to crash into it.

There was a blast sending everything back.

I reached Thanos as Thor was trying to push his Ax in his chest and Steve had him in a headlock. He knocked Thor back before throwing Steve over his head and punched him.

    "No!" I yell as Thanos crawls to the gauntlet.
I run for the gauntlet but Thanos grabbed it before punching me back. I push myself up to sitting and throw him to the floor before holding him in place I walk towards him, I lift him up and crash him into the rubble before I reached him and started to pull off the gauntlet. I was getting close when he took out the Power Stone and I was thrown back into the rubble.

I cough out some blood when I push myself up on my hands and knees, I turn around to see Tony grab hold of the gauntlet that on Thanos's hand before he is thrown back.

    "I am inevitable." Thanos spoke and he snapped his fingers I waited for something to happen but the gauntlet just clanged.

I look over at Tony as he raises his arms and the Stones clicked into place, the energy trailing through his suit.

    "And I... am... Iron Man." He snaps his fingers.

I look around as every Alien, every ship turned to dust and last Thanos. We won.

I stood beside Steve as Pepper knelt down beside Tony.

   "You can rest now." She told her Husband.
I watched as the light on his suit went out and he fell limp.

Everyone, everyone knelt down to Tony.

The funeral was at the lake where Tony lived. Most of the people that Tony did something for, obviously not everyone because they wouldn't all be able to fit in the yard, were there.

It had been a couple months since everyone was brought back, since we defeated Thanos, since Tony saved everyone.

   "Remember... you have to return the Stones to the exact moment you got 'em... or you're gonna open up a bunch of nasty, alternative realities." Smart Hulk explain to Steve as we were outside in the woods, in the distance you could see the destroyed landscape where the compound was.

    "Don't worry, Bruce." Steve told Smart Hulk taking the case with the Stones. " Clip all the branches."

    "You know I tried. When I had the gauntlet, the Stones, I really tried to bring her back. I miss her, man." Smart Hulk admitted.

    "Me too." Steve said.

     "You know, if you want, I could come with you." Sam offered.

  "You're a good man, Sam. This one's on me, though." Steve told him, and walked up to Bucky me. "Don't do anything stupid till I get back."

    "How can I? You're taking all the stupid with you." Bucky smiled and the two hugged. "Gonna miss you, buddy."

   "Steve." I smile and pull him into a hug. "You have always been a Brother to me, older or younger I never could tell. Nothing will be the same without you." I step back. "We will see you again."

    "It's gonna be okay." Steve told us.

Steve stepped up onto the quantum tunnel.

    "How long is this gonna take?" Sam asked Smart Hulk.

   "For him, as long as he needs. For us, five seconds." Smart Hulk told him. "You ready, Cap." Steve picked up the Hammer. "All right, we'll meet you back here, okay?"

   "You bet." Steve nodded.

    "Going quantum. Three... two... one." Smart Hulk counted and Steve was gone. "And returning in five... four... three, two... one." But Steve wasn't back.

    "Where is he?" Sam asked.

    "I don't know. He blew right by his time stamp. He should be here." Smart Hulk said.

I held Bucky's hand as we turned around and spotted an old man sitting on a bench. We both knew who it was. Steve told Bucky and me about his plan, that he would return the Stones, but he wouldn't come back he would find Peggy.

    "Get him the hell back." Sam shouted at Smart Hulk.

    "I'm trying." Smart Hulk said.

      "Sam." Bucky called. Sam walked up beside us and new who it was. "Go ahead."
Sam walked up to Steve.

    "I have one question, if you married Peggy and she is still known as Peggy Carter, are you now Steve Carter." I smile sitting down beside the old Steve when Sam left, he smiled at me and laughed.
