The kids went to a TV store to watch a soccer match, and there they encountered Kadotake Akano, a Hooligan. Conan mentioned that he used to support Noire Tokyo, but Kadotake's actions, such as throwing a firecracker and injuring both the audience and players, resulted in him being blacklisted. Kadotake maintains a diary on a website called "Tokyo Hooligan" to share his experiences with his fans. Meanwhile, Conan and Agasa whispered to each other while the kids watched the soccer tournament.
Kuuga continued watching but started to feel bored.
Ayumi: Are you alright? You look bored.
Kuuga: Actually, I'm not interested in soccer, but I'm here because the owner wanted me to learn about the sport and the country. From what I can see that player is putting in a lot of effort to showcase what he's capable of.
Haibara: Oh, really?
Haibara wore a mischievous expression, and Kuuga looked annoyed by her antics.
Agasa: Let's go home, guys!
Genta: Wait! It's getting to the good part.
Mitsuhiko: I have a radio with me.
Genta: Great!
Ayumi: Come on, Haibara! Kuuga! We're going.
Kuuga and Haibara turned towards them, and Haibara faced the TV to watch the soccer match. However, she quickly glanced at it and ran off.
Kuuga and his friend went to train, and he heard about Kadotake on train too.
Genta: That guy is on this train.
Ayumi: Oh no.
Conan: Well, if we stand still, he won't bother us.
Kuuga took out the mini video in case the owner wanted to know about the soccer tournament since they didn't have time to watch it.
