In Cafe Ciel Bleu, Kuuga was helping the owner when the telephone rang. The owner went and answered it.
Owner: Hello, this is Ciel Bleu Café... Oh, Conan-kun. Okay, I understand. It's for you.
The owner called Kuuga, who paused his work and walked over to answer the call. Meanwhile, the owner returned to his tasks.

Conan: Hello, this is Conan.

Eri: No. I'm not an overgrown child but don't get me wrong. I'm doing this for you Ran and not for this good-for-nothing oaf!!
Ran: Okay, Okay!
Conan thought: Still pretty childish.
Kuuga: What is going on here?
Conan, Ran and Eri: Huh?
Conan: Oh, you here!
Kuuga: I try to knock the door and I come in and see this... situation.

Ran: Yes! This is Kuuga Yusuke. Kuuga-kun! This is my mother, Eri Kisaki, Attorney.
