In the Agasa house, snow fell gently. Haibara lay in bed, unwell, and Conan arrived at Agasa's house alone. Conan and Agasa came to check Haibara and assess her condition.
Haibara: *cough, cough*
Conan: Are you sure you're, okay?
Haibara: It's just a cold. No need to hover at my bedside.
Agasa: She suddenly came down with a fever after we returned from the film lab last night. After all she's been through, she must be wiped out.
Haibara: And are you sure we're okay?
Conan: Huh?
Haibara: Regarding Kuuga... what if Kuuga takes more drastic actions and chase those men yesterday *pant* and *cough* they raise an alarm and discover who we are? *cough* If they trailed you here, Agasa could be in...
Conan: Don't worry! No one tailed us, and nobody is watching the house! Also, I got a chance to call Owner-san; I think he is fine and not wounded. And I also called Detective Takagi to investigate any incidents around, and he assured me there aren't any.
Haibara: I see... *cough*
Agasa: To be honest, I'd feel better if I could take her to a doctor.
Haibara: But it's Sunday; most of the hospitals in the area will be closed.
Agasa: I know! Why don't we try Araide-sensei?
Conan: I called him a little while ago, but he wasn't home. He's probably busy with the upcoming trial. There's a clinic in the Haido City department store. Want to try there? I think it's closed on Thursdays...
Haibara: *cough* Forgot about it. I'm fine.
Agasa: But we should take care of the fever as soon as possible! Fevers can leave you susceptible to other illnesses.
Haibara: *cough*
Later on, Kuuga home, Ciel bleu café scene...
Kuuga found himself in a dream, surrounded by a snowy white forest. He was dressed in a black trench coat and a scarf, carrying a sheathed cane sword by his side.
Kuuga: ...
Confused about his surroundings, Kuuga walked straight and looked around, trying to discern his location. Kuuga keep walking about few minutes suddenly, he saw something.
Kuuga: Hmm?
Kuuga stopped and noticed a body lying on the ground. He approached, bent his knee, and upon checking, discovered a lifeless person.
Kuuga: Hm!
Kuuga was surprised and quickly stood up, but accidentally tripped backward over another dead person. When he tried to stand again, he saw many dead bodies suddenly appear, all marked with brutal cuts and blood on the snowy ground, which left him truly shocked.
Kuuga: ...
Crow: *Caw*
Suddenly, he heard the flapping of wings and looked around to see crows. A large number of crows appeared on the trees.
Kuuga: Hm!
All the crows took flight, surrounding him, casting shadows as they circled. Without realizing it, Kuuga found himself grabbed by the neck, and he reached up.
Kuuga: *gasp*
Kuuga been choke. He let out a small gasp, opened his eyes with small look, and was shocked.
Kuuga: Hm!
To his surprise, Kuuga saw none other than himself, but in a teenage form named Blade, with golden eyes and an emotionless expression. Blade appeared in a long trench coat and carried a sheathed cane sword with him. The past version of himself was the one choking Kuuga.
