Chapter 30

Meeting once more.

Alhaitham immediately followed the man who looked like Kaveh. There was no way it wasn't him. Alhaitham was right behind him, the more he looked at the beautiful golden hair the man had. The more he knew it was Kaveh. But why? Why was Kaveh alive, heck why was he even in Inazuma?!

"Kaveh?!" Alhaitham shouted confused. Kaveh continued running and started running up yogu forest. (isnt that the name of the forest near Kamisato estate and shrine, pretty sure it is.)

Alhaitham followed Kaveh "Kaveh get back! Why are you here?!" Alhaitham shouted. Kaveh ignored him, and continued running he even passed the Kamisato estate. Ayaka noticed and waved at them but was ignored and she was just confused. "Thoma...? What happened?" asked Ayaka turning around at Thoma. "who knows?" Thoma shrugged and continued cleaning the walls. Ayaka went up to Thoma "let's follow them I'm worried." Ayaka said. "Of course my lady." Thoma said walking with Ayaka following them.

Kaveh and Alhaitham continued running before long, Alhaitham finally thought about using his vision to stop Kaveh. Quickly roots of dendro tied to Kavehs foot, Kaveh noticed it and almost fell but luckily untied himself with his own dendro powers. Alhaitham was exhausted at this point so he aimed a mirror at Kaveh and teleported right in front of Kaveh stopping him in his tracks. Alhaitham stared at Kaveh. His eyes were a beautiful bright ruby shining beautifully. "I'm confused... Kaveh please! Just stop running and explain to me." Alhaitham said grabbing Kavehs hand so he wouldn't run again. Kaveh took away his hand holding it with his other. "I ran away for a reason... You of all people should know that. That day years ago. You heard me well and I know that. So leave me alone." Kaveh said. Alhaitham heard Kavehs voice and it was official. It was definitely him. "Kaveh... Everyone in Sumeru thought you were dead... Why are you here?" asked Alhaitham. Kaveh backed away angrily. "Well I for some reason couldn't die, but, at that point I decided maybe it was best to start over." Kaveh looked down trembling. "Just.... Go away. Pretend I don't live here. Please. Pretend I'm dead." Kaveh said walking away. "WAIT!-" Alhaitham shouted. "SHUT UP!" Kaveh shouted annoyed he turned around at Alhaitham glaring at him. Alhaitham just wanted Kaveh home. "Kaveh..." Alhaitham lifted his arm reaching for Kaveh, he felt bad and put his arm down. "Life in Sumeru sucked. All I had was debt. The people who commissioned me worked me to the bone and annoyed me. You know that... But, before I take my leave, what you said that day." Kaveh stopped looking Alhaitham in the eye. "did you mean it..? The day I committed 'suicide'." Kaveh said not wanting to say it out loud. "meant what..?" Alhaitham looked at Kaveh confused. "I love you. Isn't that what you said..?" Kaveh looked the other way embarrassed saying it, his face turned a peachy pink.
Alhaitham was surprised Kaveh brought it up that was years ago but, Alhaitham never lost that feeling. Kavehs smile was as warm and fuzzy as the sun shining radiantly and brightly, his hair was golden and fluffy making it nice to touch and see.
Back in the Akademiya when they were students and before the fighting and arguments began, they're was a teacher named Ms. Lisa, she would always wear braids so since Kaveh had long hair, sometimes since his mom never taught him how he would ask Lisa to braid his hair. One day Alhaitham noticed that and Lisa was packing to go to Mond, so before Lisa left he asked Lisa to teach him how to make a braid. After that Alhaitham made a braid for Kaveh however, That didn't last long since after that they began to fight more and more and then they graduated and, everything changed.

"yes. I mean it. I love you, Kaveh. Do you love me?" Alhaitham asked looking at Kaveh. Kaveh picked up his head turning red. "I - I I don't know..." Kaveh said looking away embarrassed he was trembling as his hands turned into a fist. "its OK. I'll wait however long you need to tell me the answer, I mean it is you." Alhaitham said. Kaveh blushed even harder embarrassed "s-shut up...!" Kaveh said embarrassed at Alhaithams sentence. Kaveh looked up at Alhaitham "so... Did you come here for the summer festival?" Kaveh asked smiling gently trying to change the topic he felt scared that Alhaitham was there. Was Alhaitham angry? sad? Annoyed? What? Kaveh asked himself hesitating as the 2 walked. Alhaitham smiled seeing Kaveh was trying to change the topic." I mean yeah, I didn't know you were here so, yes I came for the summer festival." Alhaitham said. Kaveh was still worrying that Alhaitham was mad at him. Annoyed at him. Or hated him. Alhaitham continued walking but Kaveh stopped. "Anyways what made you want to come here? I mean, after you, left Sumeru." Alhaitham asked not noticing Kaveh stopped.

Kaveh began breathing heavily and rapidly while Alhaitham continued walking.

Alhaitham noticed Kaveh wasn't talking so he turned around to face Kaveh. He realized Kaveh was standing there still.

" no no no no no no..." Kaveh said rapidly putting his hand on his chest trying to hold onto something. Kaveh was breathing rapidly as he started to sweat it felt like he was choking like he couldn't breathe. He began trembling and shaking.

Alhaitham noticed what was happening. Kaveh was having a panic attack. Alhaitham ran over to Kaveh, but he didn't know how to help Kaveh, the only thing he knew what to do was to tell Kaveh to count and breathe. "breathe breathe....!" Kaveh trembled while trying to tell him self. "3 2 1, 1 2 3" Kaveh whispered going down on the floor sitting trying to touch the rock on the ground to distract himself. "Kaveh breathe right.?" Alhaitham was thinking on something that could distract Kaveh. "what's the thing you're looking forward to doing... In the... Summer festival..?" Alhaitham asked trying to get Kaveh think of something else. "uh... I I don't kn-" Kaveh stopped he couldn't breathe it was so hard. "3 2...." Kaveh couldn't continue. "2....2..!" Kaveh tried to say 1 trying to think about what Yae taught him.

After Kaveh left Sumeru it was true he did start to have panic attacks. Alhaitham didn't know what to do. Suddenly Kaveh fainted. Alhaitham stood up "Someone! Please help!" Alhaitham shouted out. Suddenly Ayaka and Thoma appeared coming from the Kamisato estate. "Kaveh..!" Ayaka gasped running over to help while Thoma ran back to the Kamisato estate asking Ayato if they could take Kaveh over.

Alhaitham was worried, "why is Kaveh having a panic attack? Is it because of me?" Alhaitham thought worried since he truly did love Kaveh.
