This whole training was disaster. Of course, Wukong could not complain in the simple. He hid his displeasure deep within himself. He really didn't like it. The first days were weird. Wukong was alone with Liuer. They were doing some exercises. But it was so easy for Wukong that he was dying of boredom. Then they did some sparring exercises. Liuer showed him his powers and Wukong had to recreate it. Even more strangely, Wukong had the opposite power. The opposite of Liuer's power. The prince had a shadow-like power and Wukong well... He didn't know what it was, but he was more like a golden energy or something. He could create clones, shapeshift and see gold? The whole power thing was overwhelming him. Of course, he pretended to everyone that he was fine, but he wasn't at all. Plus that damn doctor's checkup. He checked him every step of the way. At least that Liuer was with Wukong, but the prince turned out to be very demanding when it comes to training. This annoyed Wukong, but the prince was given a task to complete. Wukong would like angry. To blame someone for his damn fate, but he couldn't blame anyone. Maybe it was his fault? He missed something more and more every day. But the question is what was that? He didn't remember. Maybe  the sun? Oh yes, Wukong would like to see the sun, feel its rays, the warmth it radiates. But no, because no one here leaves this damn land. Even if he could, where would he go? This kingdom was his new home. Wukong was reluctant to admit it. Of course, he couldn't even leave Liuer. His only friend. The prince was nice to him, but somehow too nice. That was suspicious. Wukong couldn't quite figure it out. Don't get him wrong, Wukong liked the prince, but somehow he felt confused. He couldn't quite pinpoint what that feeling was building up in his soul. All he knew was that he liked him, and he stuck to it. Besides, he didn't want to think about it too much, because then he would sink into total confusion. But if he wasn't thinking about it, he was thinking about something else. About his lost memories. Are you sure lost? Wukong had flashes of scenes probably from his past life, or it was hallucinations.
Wukong was just rolling in his bed. He had a really bad mood. He didn't leave his room all day. He was covered with a duvet. Curled up in a circle. He was hot, but equally cold. He had terrible stomach pain. He was definitely fed up. Today was a day for him where he didn't care about all that training and the king. Wukong was shivering. He was breathing hard, but that was only because he was under the covers, wanting to hide himself from the world. Feel for a moment that he is not there. He tried to sleep, but failed, because he had flashes of memories? Well, Wukong had to endure it. His body went numb. He didn't know how much time had passed, but he didn't care. His tail was sticking out from under the covers. Wukong, instead of thinking about all the crap (memories, training, etc.) focused all his attention on the pain. It helped for a while. Physical pain helped him to forget his spiritual anxiety. Wukong felt something flow out of him. Something sticky and warm. It was a terrible feeling for him and disgusting. Like he pissed himself. Damn it. I hardly get up anywhere, Wukong thought. I want to go home, he said silently. I want to my people... To my... Brothers- It hit him like a bullet. What a strong collision with reality. He had brothers... The people... He has to go back to them. It was a bittersweet feeling for him. New questions came to him. He had brothers. Who were they? Where were they? Why didn't they come for him? Was he abandoned by them? The last question made him feel bitter. Something was running down his face. Those must have been tears. He started crying. Shit, thought Wukong. Can this damn day get any better? he thought angrily. And now he felt someone sit close to him on the bed.
"Wukong?" said the character.
Liuer? Shit, I have forgotten about training, Wukong thought.
"Are you okay? Can you get out from under the covers?" He said gently.
Wukong panicked. He didn't want Liuer to see him like this.
"Yes...I'm fine...go away" he said in a choked voice. Liuer realized that Wukong must have been crying.
"Wukong? Tell me what happened. Did my father say anything to you or the generals?"
"No.. I'm fine.. I'll get over it soon"
Liuer was worried.
"Can I see you? Aren't you hot under that blanket?"
Wukong had a good plan, but the prince was determined to stay.
"No... just please go away..." He stammered.
"Wukong... And please, I'd like to see you"
"NO"
"Wukong please"
Wukong sighed. Liuer considered this a win. And pulled the covers off Wukong. Wukong closed his eyes. He didn't want to see Liuer. The prince was shocked. He didn't expect what he saw. And he saw a crouched Wukong holding his stomach. He was shivering. His eyes were closed, tears flowing from them. But it wasn't that much that scared him, just the sight of the puddle of red liquid that Wukong's sheet and pants were soaked in. First thought: what happened? Was Wukong sick?
"I'll be right back. I'll get a doctor," and disappeared into the shadows.
"Liuer.. I'm fine," Wukong said, but Liuer was gone. Wukong covered himself with the duvet again. He felt ashamed. He had a flush on his face.
After a while, Liuer returned with the doctor.
"Wukong?" Liuer said. Wukong didn't answer. Liuer took the duvet off Wukong. Wukong didn't want to see them. He closed his eyes. The doctor frowned. He crouched down.
"Where do you hurt the most?" the doctor asked. And what was Wukong supposed to say? Everything hurt him. If he had to choose, he'd say head, but he still said "lower belly"
The doctor nodded. He touched it there. He used magic to determine Wkong's condition. Wukong shuddered. The doctor got up.
"What's wrong with him?" Liuer asked worriedly.
"Everything's all right.."
"How all right is in the blood"
"Calm down. Women just have it"
"Wait...he...is he a woman?" Liuer said surprised. If Wukong nad been in a normal state, he would have denied it, but now he focused on the pain and only that. This allowed him to keep abreast.
"It'll be like this for a few days a month. I'll get some cotton wool and painkillers," said the doctor and left. Liuer stood there in shock. Wukong groaned in pain. Liuer shook himself. He approached him/her. Liuer said nothing. He just stared. He was still in shock that his friend was her. But did it bother him? NO. It doesn't matter if it was him or her, but of course he'd rather have known about it sooner. But it's hard. The important thing now is to give him/her support.
The doctor brought cotton wool and painkillers and left.
Wukong opened his eyes. Which made more tears run down his face. Liuer wiped his tears with his hand. The prince smiled warmly. He was holding a pill in one hand and a glass of water in the other.
"What is this?" Wukong asked.
"It will ease the pain. Open your mouth"
"What?"
"You have to swallow it. Please?" Wukong opened his mouth. Liuer put him/her a painkiller and gave him/her water. Wukong swallow and gasped. Liuer set  glass aside.
"I'll be right back," said Liuer and disappeared into the shadows. Wukong was confused. Liuer emerged from the shadows and picked up Wukong bridal style.
"What are you doing?"
"You need to wash up. You're soaked in blood"
"But.."
"There is no but"
Wukong fell silent. It was embarrassing for him, but he didn't have the strength to argue. He let Liuer take care of him.
Wukong was uncomfortable with the prince's touch, but he ignored it.
After the bath.
"And what is this?"
"cotton wool. You have to put it.. in there.. so that the blood doesn't get on your clothes"
"Oh.."
.
.
Liuer carried it back to the room. He put it on a clean bed. (The maid changed the sheets)
"They abandoned me..." Wukong said softly.
"Hm? Who abandoned you?"
Wukong considered whether to tell the prince that he remembered he had brothers. He decided to say "I don't know..." was the easiest answer. If he remembered he had brothers, maybe he'd remember something else? But now he felt bitterness, pain. And he felt a tear roll down his cheek. Liuer felt sorry. He sat down next to Wukong. He placed his head on his shoulder and let Wukong cry.
"They left me..." he stammered. Liuer ran his fingers through Wukong's hair.
"Sh.. you are with me now. I won't leave you" he said with a nice smile. Wukong felt comforted by those words. He hugged the prince tightly.

At that moment, the king, the doctor, and several generals were in the assembly hall. There was a candle on the table, which was the only source of light.
"So that we understand he is she?" One of the generals said.
"Yes," said the doctor. The king thought.
"It doesn't matter," said the king.
"What? Of course it does. King..."
"The important thing is that it can fight. She has the power. That's enough."
"But no woman yet..."
"She is special being. Understand I won't let him/her go. There's a lot at stake."
"King, we don't understand..."
"All in good time," said the king with a smile.
"We gain from him/her. It doesn't matter if that monkey is male or female. It is a weapon. A weapon that I can control. No one. Not even heaven has been able to control it. Call him/her whatever you want. I don't care, but just realize that weapons need to be handled with care."
"King, what's your plan?" One of the generals said. The king smiled wickedly.
"First, let's focus on improving the army and making sure that this monkey's memories don't come back," said the king. Everyone nodded.
It should be added here that the king once knew Sun Wkong. Merciless monkey. He even got a memento from it, but we'll skip that. The king did not know about the real nature of the monkey. But it's not even surprising that the Great Sun Wukong hid it from everyone, because no one would take seriously a woman who wanted power and immortality. The king must admit that this will make him easier to manipulate. The lack of memories, the lack of self-knowledge fits perfectly with his future plans. All you have to do is tame him so that his memories don't come back. Then comes his son. Head over heels in love with this monkey. Even if Liuer knew his plans, he would still have to agree with him. Liuer will do anything to keep Wukong for himself
But for now, everything is going according to his vision. 😈

I hope you enjoy.
Personally I feel sorry for Wukong in this story but it has to be like that.
