The wedding preparations were in full swing. Less than two weeks left. The servants were constantly walking back and forth. The whole castle had to sparkle. They were already starting to decorate. The castle was even more illuminated.
The wedding dress was already prepared.
The bouquet was created from the very red flowers that the prince recently read about them, justifying his choice by saying that they look beautiful combined with white. (mirroring blood)
The invitations have long been sent. Half the kingdom was supposed to be at the party. Of course, only the nobles themselves, the extended royal family. The wedding is to take place in the garden, so that the moonlight will bless the marriage bond.
It was... it was wonderful, really, don't get him wrong, but he is happy to be getting married, but in all this... something is missing. Something real, authentic, because it all... seems artificial, for show. There's something missing here. Everything is happening so quickly, changing, and he is still stuck here, with a sense of loneliness that intensifies when he sees that there will be no one from his side, no one from his past, no family, only himself. On the other hand, he doesn't remember, so he shouldn't be surprised. But this is not his world. He doesn't remember how it should have been, but it definitely wasn't like this. This dress, the flowers, this whole arrangement is not his style. But he loves Liuer, so he will endure, after this they will be alone, and maybe they will be able to leave this kingdom.
Wukong walks through the halls of the palace in search of Ting. He finally decided who would be his bridesmaid. She's the only nice person, or at least that's what he thinks.
He finally notices her.
"Hey! Ting! Can we talk?"
Ting sees his death. Her mind is filled with thoughts about what her siblings have done, what she herself has done.
"Yes?"
"Do you have a moment? I have a question for you."
Ting already feels that the worst is coming.
"But maybe not here. Let's go to... I don't know where, but I want to talk to you in private."
Ting nodded. They went to one of the guest rooms.
"Wukong..I.."
"Will you be my bridesmaid?"
"Wait what?"
"Will you be my maid of honor? I have a special invitation for you," Wukong handed her the envelope with the invitation. Ting was speechless. She expected everything, but not this.
"Liuer, told me that witnesses are invited in a special way, so this is a special invitation." he said with a smile.
Ting looked at the invitation, tears starting to form in her eyes. Wukong was confused, he didn't understand what was going on, and suddenly Ting hugged him. Which confused him even more.
"You mean yes? Because I don't understand."
Ting stood in front of him. "Yes, I will be your maid of honor." she wiped the tears from her cheeks. Wukong smiled.
"But why? I... I don't understand why you want me to... after all..."
"Ting, breathe. I chose you because you are the only kindest soul in this dark kingdom of lies." Wukong said. And this killed Ting, the kingdom of lies, she started sobbing again.
"Ting?! What's going on? Did I say something wrong?"
"No, I... I... I'm sorry, but..."
"Ting, breathe and tell me."
"I really didn't want to. What they did to you, Lai and... I'm sorry, I..."
"Ting, I know."
"you know? It means that Liuer... oh no..."
"Ting, you were the only one who tried to help me, the fault is theirs, not yours."
Ting wiped her tears. "Liuer will kill me"
"What?"
"I lied to him and now he will take revenge."
Wukong sighed. "Ting, I promise you won't get hurt. You're his sister..."
"The sister who lied to him, I had to choose between him and the rest."
"So you had no choice. Ting, calm down, nothing bad will happen to you, I'll make sure of it, and after all, as I said, you're his favorite sister."
"What?"
"I like you so he has to too, he has no choice." he said with a smile. "So what? Will you be my maid of honor?"
Ting wiped her tears and nodded with a smile.

The king and queen, the groom's witness and his partner, and the bridesmaid and her partner were to sit at the table of the bride and groom.
After the last one, Liuer said that they would move the king and queen to another place, somewhere out of his sight.
The party is to take place in the largest ballroom, but it is not a throne room.

The days passed inexorably. Ting's relationship with Wukong improved. Wukong told Liuer about it. Lieur changed his revenge plan to leave Ting alone, but he will not forgive the rest.
The cake was supposed to be peach flavored, especially for Wukong.

The day before the wedding.
One of the most nerve-wracking days. Everyone doesn't sleep, doesn't eat (servants) have to be on standby. The castle is under strict protection. There are guards posted everywhere outside. Everyone (servants) is in a hurry, they know that such a wedding only happens once. And it has to be unforgettable.
"Wukong, you look beautiful, and those flowers are wonderful," said the queen. Wukong, the Queen, and Ting were in the fitting room. Ting still had some minor adjustments to her dress, which was blue in color.
Wukong tried to smile, he tried, really, to at least pretend, but when he saw himself in the mirror, he saw someone else, someone weak, and this dress didn't suit his style. It wasn't him. He smiled gently, but he had had enough. To improve his mood, he thought that it would be over soon, there would only be him and Liuer.
"Wukong? Are you with us?" Ting said, acted gently. Wukong shook himself from his thoughts.
"Yes, it's fine," he said.
"Honey, are you sure you're sleeping well? You need to get a good night's sleep tomorrow. And no sleeping with Liuer today, you need to rest from each other for one night, so today you'll sleep in your old room." the queen acted.
If it weren't for Liuer, he wouldn't have lasted any longer. Wukong just nodded.
"And no problems tonight."
Ting giggled.
Wukong looked at them questioningly.
"What is it about?"
"Did you forget? Tonight is your bachelorette party." pwoeiTing worked.
"Oh... but I... I don't know if..."
"Wukong, as your maid of honor, it was my pleasure to host this evening, so no excuses."
Wukong just smiled. "So where are we going?"
"To the city, of course."
"But no stupid actions, understand?" the queen acted.
"Yes mum"
Wukong chuckled, he saw the twinkle in Ting's eyes.
"Ready" said the seamstress.
"You look beautiful."
Not really, Wukong thought.

Evening was approaching. Wukong, was in his room. He wondered what he should wear. Maybe something comfortable? If they're going out, they'll probably be walking a lot, right?
He chose black pants and a white shirt, tied up his hair so that he now looked like a boy, and he felt better about it than in some dress. But he looked at himself and let his hair down, and it was shoulder-length.
Ting entered the room, wearing a dress decorated with gold. "Oh no."
"What?"
"You won't go in that, you look like a boy, you'll scare away all the men."
"What's wrong with that? I don't understand."
She started looking for something in the closet.
"this will be better" she pulled a long dress with a low neckline from the wardrobe. Wukong grimaced.
"I really can't go in what I'm in?" Wukong looked at Ting pleadingly. Ting sighed.
"Okay. Go ahead," she put down the dress and took Wukong's arm. "So, are you ready for the best night of your life?" she said with a smile.
Wukong smiled.

(warning: here is a description of a bachelorette party and it includes, you know, alcohol, fun, not very nice topics, embarrassment, and then something else that may not be suitable for everone- but it is not described very broadly (because I can't write such scenes , but this is an important fact for this story) this first time of lovers, I hope you know what this is about. Anyway, I'm warning you.)

They went to town. Or rather, to one of some special bars. It was loud. Wukong didn't like it, but maybe it would be fun and he'd relieve some stress?
They went inside, and then Ting led him to one of the tables where Lil and two other women were sitting. They all looked at him with such surprised expressions.
"Well, I present to you Wykong, the love of my brother's life and the future princess." Ting said proudly. Wukong smiled.
"Hello," he said. He probably didn't expect anyone else to be with them.
"Wukong, this is Rin, and this is Xi, and you already know Lil."
They sat down. Wukong sat down next to Rin.
"Rin is the partner of Po, our cousin and best man at Liuer's wedding, and Xi is our cousin on our mother's side." Ting said.
It was awkward.
"So... uh... Wukong, how did it all start with Liuer?" Rin worked.
"I... well, I guess it all started when he invited me to go out and have a lantern show."
"Oh.. how romantic."
"yeah, it was pretty cool."
The waiter served specially made drinks.
Wukong looked at it not particularly eagerly, he didn't even know what it was.
"You don't drink alcohol?"
"I..."
"Oh, don't tell me you've never had a drink." Rin said.
"I... I guess not."
"Well, there has to be a first time, right?"
He took a sip and already regretted it, it burned his throat and it wasn't tasty at all.
The girls giggled.
"So what exactly are we doing here?" Wukong asked shyly. They looked at him surprised.
"Like what? It's your hen party and now I'm drinking to your health"
"oh..."
"Wukong, so what... you and Liuer have already done this?" Rin said.
"But what?"
"you know... have you and him already..."
"Rin, use the words, have you already slept together?" Xi said.
"Xi! This is a delicate matter."
Wukong looked at them questioningly. What were they talking about? After all, he slept in the same bed with the prince, because they shared a room together. It's nothing like that.
"With you like a baby, did my brother finally fuck you, that's what it's all about." Lil said.
Wukong's eyes widened.
"NO?"
"So yes? Or almost?"
"NO."
"Oh... you never... wow, that's shocking, you've been together for so long and you never."
Wukong felt hot, well he had never thought about it, such things had never occurred to him, after all... no, but now?
And the topic of their conversations began to revolve around this.
.
It wasn't even bad, after drinking more drinks, Wukong started having a great time. Although it didn't last long, because they still had to get back to the castle. Fortunately, Ting knew how to use the shadow portal, although the first time they landed in the wrong place and even landed in the lake, and now they landed at Liuer's bachelor party. Their clothes were soaked and the guys looked at them with surprise. And so they looked at each other. Wukong was embarrassed, his cheeks were red. Ting was more drunk than him. Liuer approached them. Wukong turned redder and his thoughts wandered in the wrong direction. Liuer smiled.
"I'll walk you to your rooms." he offered, and behind him was a crowd of his friends who were very drunk and started babbling some dirty words. Liuer just smiled. They disappeared into the shadows. They dropped Ting off at her room.
And now it was time for Wukong, where he didn't want to go back to the room, his mood had improved and he had no worries before tomorrow because he forgot, but at the moment nothing mattered. Just him and Liuer. They looked into each other's eyes. Liuer smiled, he knew well that his beloved was drunk, it didn't bother him, she blushed so beautifully at the sight of him.
"Your clothes are wet." Liuer said. Wukong didn't realize at first that he had said something to him.
"What?"
Liuer just raised an eyebrow. Now Wukong understood what was going on. "We fell into the lake."
Liuer chuckled. "Oh..Ting doesn't have the best drinking head. You should change your clothes."
"Do you want to help me with this?" It took a moment for Wukong to realize the significance of what he said. Liuer was surprised himself, but his surprise turned into fascination.
"Of course, my love." Liuer said. They disappeared into the shadows.
.
They emerged in their shared bedroom (that is, the prince's room). Wukong was too absorbed in what he said earlier that he didn't realize where he was. A hurricane of thoughts rolled through his head. And its center was the prince.
Wukong looked at him. Liuer recorded it. He walked up to him. They stood so close to each other that it seemed as if they were about to kiss. Wukong kept looking at him. Liuer said something.
"What?"
"I said you need to take off these soaked clothes and put on new ones." he gestured to a set of pajamas that were lying on the bed next to Wukong. Wukong looked at the clothes and realized he had to change, he looked back at Liuer. The prince moved closer to his ear and whispered: "Or maybe you want me to change your clothes." Liuer looked at his lover, who turned red with shame and confusion. He straightened up.
"I take that as a yes."
And very slowly he took off his soaked clothes. He didn't hide his satisfaction.
Liuer absorbed the sight of Wukong, who stood before him with nothing on and just stared at the prince in mild shock and disbelief. The prince could not resist the temptation to kiss his future wife. They connected their lips. The kisses were gentle and filled with feelings. Liuer gently pushed his beloved onto the bed. Wukong couldn't keep up with this whole turn of events. The prince took off his clothes. Wukong stared at his every move. Liuer smiled. He leaned over Wukong. He was already ready.
"Wait..." Wukong gasped. "I want to see.."
"what do you want to see?" he whispered passionately.
"your ears."
Liuer himself was surprised for a moment, but complied with his beloved's request.
Wukong gently touched his partner's beautiful ears. At which Liuer blushed. They were carried away by the moment, by their feelings, which they themselves were not aware of.
Lust.
Desire.
Love, which in itself is a force that builds and destroys at the same time.
.
"You're mine." Liuer whispered. "You belong to Me."
Wukong snuggled even closer into the prince's chest. Liuer wrapped his arms around him, gently stroking his back and whispering tender words.
It was one of their most beautiful moments together, and they still have an eternity to repeat it. Liuer kissed Wukong on the forehead.
Tomorrow is theirs, together forever.
