What was she going to do? She felt she could have strangled Noah. How could he? Why would he do that? Why would he complicate her life like this? She wiped at the tears. She didn't sleep the whole night.

When the twins left, no after they were thrown out of Samantha's house and had reached Noah's car, Liam punched Noah in the face and he stumbled back. "What the f*u*c*k you expected to happen when you blurted out your shit!!"

Noah was clutching his face. "I think you broke my F*u*c*king nose."

"Good, you deserved it." Liam stepped menacing towards Noah again and Noah stood his ground but straightened up. "What did you mean that you're the father? You said it in a way like you knew for sure." Liam was right up in his face, nose almost touching and Noah pushed him back.

"Get out of my face. I don't have to explain anything to you."

"Oh yes you do, because I'm involved in it. What did you mean?"

Noah wiped the blood from his nose and got in his car. "Later bro."

Liam watched him go frustrated and then back to Samantha's house. He got in his car and left as well.

Noah had been desperate. He had seen a connection growing more with Liam and Samantha than himself. Yes they had shared her with no problems but he wanted her to look at him different than she did Liam. He wanted her to talk to him as much as she did Liam. He wanted her more than Liam. So he had messed with the condom so she'd be pregnant with his. She wouldn't have had a choice but to be with him in the best interest of the baby. If he was the father, he'd always have a connection with her that could never be broken. He knew his brother was in love with her, but so was he. That was the only way he had to ensure he got her.

She decided to go and see a doctor about her whole situation. Samantha explained that she was pregnant but she had been on the pill and was using protection. How was it possible. The doctor explained that there was no contraceptive that was a hundred percent effective against pregnancy. That there would still be one or two who would end up getting pregnant. She asked the doctor why she had to be that one. The doctor smiled. "You just happened to be the lucky one."

"Lucky?"

He told her that a child was a blessing, no matter how conception happened. Then she remembered what Noah said.

"But how can a condom or the pill fail?"

He explained if she missed a dose in the pill, alcohol consumption, taking supplements or other medication with the pill it could happen. He continued explaining that condoms could fail if they are put on partway during intercourse or taken off before intercourse is over. She wondered if Noah did that. She left the doctor with educational pamphlets on pregnancy, vitamins and an appointment to come again. When she checked her phone she had alot of missed calls from the twins which she ignored. She called her best friend talked to her a bit but didn't tell her anything that went on. She sat on a bench in the park just thinking. Trying to figure out her next move.

The twins and her attended the same college. Her parents were paying her tuition.
