"Samantha please stop. Come and sit down."
"No!"
There was a knock on the door.
"They came early." Liam said and went to the door and unlocked it.
A Priest and a woman came in. The priest asked Liam if they were ready, and he nodded.
Samantha was standing with her mouth open watching the interaction and not believing what she thought was going to happen.
Liam came over, took her hands even though she was shaking her head and brought them to stand before the priest.
"I'm not doing this." She pulled her hands out of his.
Liam nodded for the nervous Priest to start. The women said nothing, just stood there, looking uncomfortable as a witness.
Are you prepared, as you follow the path of marriage, to love and honor each other for as long as you both shall live?" The Priest began.
"I am."
She shook her head and said nothing.
"Samantha, repeat what I said."
"No. I'm not doing this!"
"She will." He told the priest.
"Sir, I cannot force someone to marry for it would make it invalid."
"She's just having cold feet. Samantha say, 'I will.' "
She stared at the floor.
"Sir this will not work."
Liam nodded. "Just give us a few days."
"Wait, I am being held.."
Liam glared at her and she stopped talking.
"Samantha you need to do this, for us and the baby. I know you love me. You told me you did. You'll get over Noah." He had come and held her by the shoulders. "Samantha?" He said when she remained silent not meeting his eyes.

Noah was waiting on Samantha an hour now. He tried calling her phone, but it kept ringing. He called his parents to see if she had gone there first but they said they hadn't seen her. Where was she. He thought.
He waited for a next hour and no sign of her. Not even a phone call and she would normally call if she was running late or if something had happened. He didn't know who to call again.
He thought of her best friend, but she wasn't with her, when he called her. Strange. He didn't know whether to stay or go to his parents, because he didn't want her to come and he wasn't there.
Noah decided to go to his parents after three hours of waiting.
They said she didn't come home and had tried her number several times, but it went unanswered. They all were worried.
His parents tried calling Liam but his calls went unanswered as well.
Since their engagement Liam had been keeping to himself and most of the time they couldn't reach him.
Noah paced. There had to be an explanation. She probably met some friends and forgot they were meeting and was still out with them. But why wasn't she answering her phone? He finally decided that's what probably happened.
At 11pm with no sign or call from her, Noah was panicking. He called all the hospitals, thinking maybe she had gone into labour. Her name was not in the system of any of the hospitals.
