After some hrs of both explaining and a bit of fighting it was settled that

Demons will not consume humans and if they will they shall be killed,all demons may roam around during night and will only turn humans into demon's if the human is dying or has a disease that will kill them demon will be turned back to humans once Shinobu and Tamayo will make a cure
