so now here she is, 6 years later, still stuck in camp, rebuilding the campsite with other blues. It has gotten really boring doing the same thing every day, but that's life and they can't do anything about it.
"alright it's time for dinner" lunch and dinner were the worst parts of the day for Elenor, she sat alone at one of the tables and would eat all by herself while watching other kids laugh and talk like they hadn't been dragged to camp and were kept prisoners. Lunch and dinner were the only times of the day where every kid, no matter what colour they were, sat together and ate together, but elenor never really talked to the other kids as she has a really hard time opening up to people. Plus, everyone had their own group of friends and Elenor didn't want to just join them just like that.
When she got to the cafeteria, she took a tray from the food counter and went along the counter, letting the cook put food on her tray. She then turned around and sighed, thinking to herself "another time to be alone"
but when she scanned the cafeteria, she saw a young girl in yellow uniform sitting by herself at a table, drawing while eating and she felt bad for her so she decided to walk up to her.
"Is anyone sitting here?" She asked and the girl turned to look at her and shook her head.
"are you new here? I never saw you around." She asked the girl and the girl nodded her head and smiled at her.
"you don't talk much do you?" The girl nodded her head.
"What's your name?" Elenor asked and the girl wrote something on the paper and showed it to her.
"Suzume? that's a really pretty name" The girl smiled and wrote something else on the paper.
"Zu... You want me to call you zu?" The girl beamed and nodded her head and Elenor smiled back at her.
"well zu, nice to meet you. I'm Elenor. You can call me El or ele for short" The girl smiled and wrote something on the paper. "pretty"
"aww thank you." Elenor smiled at the girl.
That was how Elenor made her first friend, 6 years into camp she felt comfortable talking to someone. Every day, during lunch and dinner, she would sit with zu and she would talk to her and get to know her more. They became really close and lunch and dinner are now the times that Elenor enjoyed the most.

It has been half a year and it's like every other day where Elenor and zu were eating in the cafeteria together when suddenly, 2 boys came up to them. one of the boys were wearing green and the other was wearing blue. The boy in blue had brown hair and brown eyes while the boy in green had black hair and brown eyes.
"Hello, can we sit here? the other tables are full" the boy in green asked.
"Of course!" Elenor smiled and the boys smiled back and sat across from her and zu.
"So what are your names?" Elenor asked the 2 boys.
"I'm Jack and this is charles" Jack introduced himself and the boy in green smiled. (you must be wondering how I know about Jack, I googled information about Liam and saw that him, jack and chubs were the ones who planned the break out from the camp)
"well I'm Elenor and this is Suzume, zu for short" Elenor smiled at two boys who smiled back.
"I've never seen you guys before, are you guys new?"
"yup, we're new, we were taking in today." Charles explained and Elenor nodded.
"This place is gonna give u one hell of an experience I can tell you that." Elenor chuckled dryly.
"wait how long have you been here?" Jack asked warily, not wanting to upset Elenor.
"6 and a half years" Elenor chuckled and the shock in all of their eyes.
"that's a long time. Do you have other friends other than zu? what happened to them?" Jack asked and Charles hit his shoulder.
"hey that's not for us to ask." Charles told him and Elenor smiled forgivingly.
"don't worry, I don't mind the questions. I don't really have friends. other kids have their own group of friends so I didn't really talk to any of the kids. Zu was my first friend." zu smiled and hugged Elenor from the side and she hugged her back.
"well now you have me and Charles too!" Jack smiled and Elenor smiled back. For the rest of dinner, the four of them talked to each other and got to know each other better, well, zu just listened since she doesn't talk.
"It's time to go back to your dorms" the guards announced and all the kids lined up in their colours and followed the guards to their respective dorms. Elenor was walking with Jack of course because he was a blue too.
They were walking to the dorms for the blues and as they walked passed the dorm rooms, blues were going into each of their dorms. When Jack stopped at Elenor's dorm, she raised her eyebrow.
"this is your dorm?" Elenor asked.
"yup! the guards said this was my dorm. I guess we're dormmates" Jack smiled at Elenor and she smiled back. Maybe it's not so bad for her to have a dorm mate.
And that is how she met 2 more friends, who became like family to her too. The 4 of them talked every lunch and dinner, about the tasks given to them and how their day went. Zu would draw stuff for each of them and would listen to their stories. Elenor always felt her heart sink thinking about zu being stuck in this camp at such a young age. She vowed that one day, she'll break her and her 2 friends out of the camp and they would be free to do what they want, together, and maybe they would go back to their family and their families could hang out together.
She never thought she would find friends that she cared so much about. She felt the need to always protect them from harm and felt her heart warm up at the thought of her friends. But the person she felt closest to was Jack, he stayed in the same dorm after all, they could do everything together, and that was what they did. They did every task together and every night, they would talk about anything and everything. They would also write letters to their families just in case any of them died. Jack became like an older brother to her that she couldn't live without.
But there was something bugging her, a weight on her shoulder, she still hadn't told them about her powers. she felt really guilty about not telling them but she was afraid they would be afraid of her. but one day, when she has the courage, she will tell them about her powers.
