a Recipe by Jake Nobello
Ingredients:
Mini garlic naan breads (1 per person)
Pizza sauce (1/4 cup per pizza)
Sliced mushrooms (a small handful per pizza)
Sliced white onions (a few rings per pizza)
Sliced green onions (1-2 stalks per pizza)
Cooked chicken breast, cubed (1/4 cup per pizza)
Optional: Sliced bell peppers or other veggies of your choice
Dill (a pinch per pizza)
Basil (a pinch per pizza)
Oregano (a pinch per pizza)
Marbled cheddar cheese, grated (1/4 cup per pizza)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Naan Bread: Place the mini garlic naan breads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or directly on the oven rack.
Sauce it Up: Spread a layer of pizza sauce evenly on each naan bread. Leave a small border around the edges for the crust.
Toppings Galore: Add your toppings! Layer sliced mushrooms, white onions, green onions, cubed chicken breast, and any other veggies you like on top of the sauce.
Seasoning: Sprinkle the pizzas with a pinch of dried or fresh dill, basil, and oregano. Customize the seasonings to your taste.
Cheese, Please: Generously sprinkle marbled cheddar cheese over the toppings. The cheese will melt and create a delicious, gooey layer.
Bake 'Em: Place the prepared mini pizzas in the preheated oven. Bake for about 9 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden, and the edges of the naan breads are crispy.
Serve Hot: Remove the mini garlic naan bread pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a minute or two. Then, slice and serve your delicious homemade mini pizzas while they're hot and melty.
Servings: This recipe can serve as many people as you have mini garlic naan breads. Each person can customize their own mini pizza with their choice of toppings.
Enjoy your Garlic Naan Bread Mini Pizzas with their delightful combination of flavors and textures! These make for a quick and satisfying meal or snack that's perfect for sharing.
