Ingredients:

4-5 cloves of garlic, crushed or diced

1/2 - 1 lemon, juiced

3-4 shakes of cayenne pepper spice

2-3 inches of fresh ginger, grated

2-3 tablespoons of honey

Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients: Crush or dice the garlic, juice the lemon, grate the fresh ginger.

Combine Ingredients: In a jar or airtight container, combine the crushed garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper spice, grated ginger, and honey.

Mix Well: Stir the mixture well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Usage: Take 1-2 tablespoons of the tonic daily during flu season or when feeling under the weather. You can take it as is or mix it with warm water.

Storage: Store the tonic in the fridge for up to a week.

This tonic combines the antibacterial properties of garlic, the immune-boosting vitamin C from lemon, the anti-inflammatory effects of ginger, and the soothing properties of honey. The cayenne pepper adds a kick and can help with decongestion. It's a holistic and natural way to support your immune system during flu season.
