Banana Cantaloupe Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced

1 cup cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed

1 stalk of celery, chopped

1/4 cucumber, peeled and sliced

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon spice

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup water (adjust for desired thickness)


Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients: Ensure your banana is frozen. Freshly peel, seed, and cube the cantaloupe. Chop the celery and peel, then slice the cucumber.

Combine in the Blender: Place the frozen banana, cubed cantaloupe, chopped celery, sliced cucumber, vanilla extract, and cinnamon spice into a blender.

Liquid Ingredients: Pour in the almond milk. You can adjust the quantity of almond milk and water based on your desired thickness. Start with 1 cup of almond milk and add water as needed for your preferred consistency.

Blend Until Smooth: Cover the blender and blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk or water in small increments and blend again until it reaches your desired thickness.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or cinnamon spice level if needed. You can add a touch of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, if desired.

Serve Cold: Pour your refreshing Banana Cantaloupe Smoothie into a glass. You can add ice cubes for an even colder drink if you prefer.
