Ingredients:

3 cups of fruits of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)

1/3 cup honey (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:

Wash and chop the fruits as needed. If using larger fruits like strawberries, dice them into smaller pieces.

In a saucepan over medium heat, add the chopped fruits. If the fruits are naturally juicy, you might not need to add any water. If they are drier, you can add a couple of tablespoons of water.

Allow the fruits to simmer and soften, stirring occasionally. This process usually takes about 10-15 minutes.

Once the fruits are soft, add the honey. Adjust the amount based on your sweetness preference.

Optional Thickening:

If you prefer a thicker jam, stir in chia seeds. Let the mixture simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until it reaches your desired consistency.

Mash or Blend (Optional):

For a smoother jam, you can use a potato masher or blend the mixture with an immersion blender.

Allow the jam to cool before transferring it to sterilized jars. Once cooled, store the jars in the refrigerator.

Spread your sugar-free natural jam on toast, pancakes, or use it as a topping for yogurt.

Feel free to experiment with different fruit combinations and adjust the sweetness according to your taste. Enjoy your delicious, homemade, sugar-free jam!
