Ingredients:
Minced garlic
Butter
1/2 cup of water
1/2 white onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 grated carrot
Chopped cilantro, parsley, and green onions
Thyme spice
Clove spice
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 to 2 cans of water (adjust to your desired consistency)
Instructions:
In a saucepan, sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant.
Add 1/2 cup of water, chopped white onion, salt, and pepper to taste. Let it come to a boil at the bottom of the saucepan.
Chop a few mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the boiling mixture.
Incorporate the grated carrot, chopped cilantro, parsley, and green onions. Let them simmer for a bit.
Season the mixture with thyme spice and clove spice according to your taste.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup.
Add 1 1/2 to 2 cans of water (adjust for your preferred thickness). Let it cook for about five more minutes.
Your Cream of Mushroom Carrot Garlic Soup is now ready to be served! Ladle it into bowls and enjoy.
This recipe yields approximately two servings. Adjust the seasoning and water quantity according to your taste. Enjoy your delicious homemade soup!
