a Recipe by Jake Nobello
Ingredients:
1 wheel of Brie cheese
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pine seeds (pine nuts)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Honey or maple syrup for drizzling
Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
Crackers or slices of baguette for serving
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Remove any packaging from the Brie cheese. Place the Brie wheel on a baking dish or oven-safe plate.
Sprinkle sunflower seeds, pine seeds, and dried cranberries over the top of the Brie.
Bake the Brie in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
Once out of the oven, drizzle honey or maple syrup generously over the melted Brie and toppings.
Garnish with fresh rosemary for added aroma and flavor.
Serve the melted Brie cheese immediately with crackers or slices of baguette for dipping.
This appetizer is a perfect balance of creamy Brie, the crunch of seeds, the sweetness of cranberries, and the richness of honey or maple syrup. Enjoy your delightful melted Brie with a burst of flavors!
