Ingredients:
1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)1 stalk of celery1/3 cucumber3 stems of parsley leaves1 egg1/8 cup water1/8 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash and rinse the blueberries, celery stalk, cucumber, and parsley leaves.
Combine in Blender:
Place the blueberries, chopped celery, chopped cucumber, parsley leaves, egg, water, and almond milk into a blender.
Blend:
Blend all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Serve:
Pour your refreshing blueberry, celery, and cucumber smoothie into a glass.
Enjoy:
Sip and savor your healthy and delicious smoothie!
