Chapter 5: WISH GRANTED

Pagkatapos ng hindi makatarungang panggigising ni Blaze sa dalawang kapatid nya at kunting sermon sa kanilang tatlo dumiretso na kami sa kusina para kumain.

At dahil kaharap ko nga sila,kitang-kita ko ang pamatay na tingin nina Flame at Fire sa nakacross-arms at painosenteng si Blaze ngayon.

"Mom,Im sure that Blaze did something terrible on me.My shoulder really hurts.Huhu."

Mangiyak-ngiyak na ani ni Fire at hawak ng kanang braso nya.

Napatingin naman ako kay Flame ng sya naman ang nagsalita.

"Yea-ouch! Mine too! I feel like,Ive been thrown away,really hard."

Flame said while tapping his left shoulder and move it upside down.

Binalingan naman ulit nya ng masamang tingin si Blaze na dahan-dahang kumakain.

"Yah! Did we really just fall out from the bed? Siguradow khang Hindi mow kamhi tinhulak?"

Flame asked like a police, interrogating a guilty criminal.

Napatawa naman Ako ng mahina dahil sa trying g hard nyang pagtatagol at sa cute nyang accent.

"I told you,you two just fall.I didnt do anything.I even got shocked when I saw you both,sleeping in the floor."

Blaze said boringly.

Tss.tss.If Blaze isn't my son and didnt saw what he really did,I would really think the he is innocent and that it was the truth.

But,sad to say,I know each of them very well.I know when they lying or not.

Just like this my cunning little Blaze of mine.

He's unconsiously tapping his one feet on the floor and if he does that,Nagsisinungaling Yan o kaya naman may katarantaduhang ginawa.

And as a mother that wanted her children to have good morals andgoid values,I usually give them the consequences that they must face by doing that.

But,not this time.I have something to tell them.

I've made up my mind just a while ago.

Seeing them happy is the most delightful thing in my whole cosmos and I don't want that happiness to be gone,so I may regret it in the end yet I stop giving care.

I just wanted them to be happy,thats all.

"Flame,Fire.Look at me,you too,Blaze."

I said,seriously.

Blaze put his pork and spoon down and face me.

Also,Fire and Flame,they look at me,seriously with a little bit of worry.

My sons really know how to touch a woman heart.

I could see now,a bunch of girls,screaming their names.

I smiled with that thought.

I stared straight through their eyes,nervously.

Kinakabahan ako sa posibleng maging resulta ng desisyong gagawin ko ngayon,cause there is 100 chance that our path may cross,intentionally or accidentally.

"D-do you really wanted to go there? Is that your final birthday wish?"

I want to clear this.They might change their minds,I hope.

Blaze stared at me and sighed.

"Mom,whether we wanted or not,everybody knows that the desicion is still up to you."

Blaze said,smiling assuring me that neither of my decision is valid for them.

Napansin ko naman ang pagkunot-noo ni Flame at Fire habang nakatingin kay Blaze pero agad namang ngumite at tumango-tango.

"This dude beside me is right,mom."

Nakangiteng saad ni Flame at suntok ng mahina sa braso ni Blaze.

Napatingin naman ako kay Fire na nakakunot-noo parin with his innocent face.

"Blaze,Flame how about the plan? You said,Blaze that you have the hunch that mom-mmm-mmm!"

Napatingin naman ako bigla kay Flame ng agad-agad nyang tinakpan ang bibig ni Fire gamit ang dalawang kamay nya na parang...nanggigigil?

Napatingin naman ako kay Blaze na hinihilot na ngayon ang sentido habang nakapikit at umiiling-iling.

Okaaay..This is weird.

Ibinalik ko uli ang tingin ko kay Flame na sinasakal na si Fire ngayon.

"Enough,Flame.Now,tell me.Whats the plan are you talking about,Fire?"

I asked seriously.I really have this bad feeling about that plan Fire mentioned.

Ibubuka na sana uli ni Fire ang bibig nya ng takpan uli ito ni Flame at si Blaze ang nagsalita.

"We're planning to enjoy our birthday wishes in that place,mom.So We listed a bucket list already with the thought that you'll agree with us without thinking about prior possibilities... but now, I think it will be just in my pipe-dream."

Blaze said in a lower tone.

'Pipe-dream?' san na naman nya ba Yan napulot?

Napapikit ako ng mariin at bumuntong hininga.

And in the moment that I'll open my eyes, there's already no turning back.

I sweetly smiled at them.

"Finish your foods and pack your things.Were going to the Philippines,my triplets."

I said as I wink at them,mischievously.

I chuckled when I saw how their faces changed into a bewildered reaction at kalaunay ngumite ng bongga.

Mas napatawa pa ako ng sabay-sabay silang tumayo at sumigaw ng "YES!" sa lamesa.
