Chapter 11

I sat while giving my eyes time to adjust to the lighting. When they adjust I looked around this bathroom was beautiful. It has the same tub and shower as mine at Kartiers house only this one was black with marble around the edges. The sink was the same as mine at Kartier only this one was black with marble counters. The mirror was the same as well the only difference was there wasn't a closet in here. There was a steam room with a massage table instead. As I finished I called out for Zeke, he reappeared after a few seconds with a shirt in hand. He pulled the shirt over my head and turned his back as I let them shirt fall over me.
"You're okay to turn around" I said with a slight laugh "can I ask you a question?"
"Of course" He said as he turned around and looked me over with hungry eyes.
"Did anybody find a backpack when I arrived?" I asked.
"They did. Does it belong to you?" He asked. I nodded.
"It's in my room. When we get in there I'm grab it for you" he said. He wrapped an arm around me helping me back to the bed. I sat on the edge as he retrieved the bag. I opened it and reached for the phone. As I turned it on, it began obnoxiously going off. Zari had called 23 times and sent 5 messages. I began reading them.
"Don't trust Jax. He's holding Jay."
"Hello? Cassie? Are you okay?"
"Cassie I heard you were attacked by Jax and Roland I hope you're okay"
"I'm getting super worried"
"Please call me back"
I looked at the time, it was 4:45 am. I knew Zari would be up getting ready for her run. So I dialed the number and pushed call. The phone rang twice before it was answered.

"Cassie?" Zari answered.
"Zari I'm okay. Are you guys okay?" I asked.
"Yes we were just worried about you. I'm so sorry. I don't know what's going on with Jax but he's not the same person." She said quietly.
"I know. Jax chained me during my transformation but Jay set me free. I got away." I said.
"Where are you? Can I come see you?" She asked quietly. I looked to Zeke who had been listening the whole time. He stuck his hand out for the phone, I gave it to him.
"Hello" he said.
"Who is this? Where's Cassie?" She said as if she was worried I was being held or something.
"It's Hezekiah, Cassie is apart of my pack now." He said.
"Zeke thank god. Can Kartier and I come tomorrow to see her?" She asked.
"Of course but she has a broken leg and has none of her belongings. It's my understanding she lived with you, do you have any of her things from that time?" He asked.
"Yes I still have all of her clothes, books, her old phone, everything even her favorite coffee. Her room has gone untouched. I can even bring the hanging chair she loved to read in." She said excited. Zeke raised an eyebrow at me, I smiled slightly.
"Please bring everything. If you need help I'll send some of my people to help. Do you have my number?" He asked.
"No I do not. Give me just a second and I'll write it down." She said "okay go ahead."
"329-584-6501 send me a text and I'll keep in touch with you guys" he said slowly.
"Okay got it. We'll see you Day after today" she said "tell Cassie I love her." I smiled.
"I love you too mama Z" I said before hanging up.

I continued to dig in the bag I found what I wanted. Underwear. I glanced to Zeke Ava he turned around knowingly as I slid them over my legs. I tried to stand to pull them up but fell back.
"Umm I need help standing to pull them up" I said with a slight laugh. Zeke chuckled softly as he turned to help me. He helped me stand and tried to look away from me but I couldn't help but stare at him causing him to look at me. He smiled as he used a hand to help me pull my underwear up causing me to blush as his hand grazed my ass cheek. When they were on here pulled his shirt back down over my ass. He stared at me intensely his eyes glancing down to my lips. He ran his tongue over his lips as if trying to control himself but as I stared at his lips I lost all control in me. I crashed our lips together. He picked me up wrapping my legs around his waist carefully to watch my broken one. He passionately kissed me for a few minutes before pulling away.
"As much as I'm loving this moment right now. Are you sure you're ready? Are you sure this is what you want?" He asked quietly in my ear. I nodded softly. Suddenly he lips crashed to mine again as he turned and sat on the bed with me in his lap. We both were lost in the moment as our lips stayed on each other, my hands in his hair as one of his hands on my waist and another on my lower back. Suddenly there was a knock at the door, we pulled away.
"I'm going to let whomever come in but you can not move Cassie." He said looking at me smirking. I blushed as I felt his erection touch my thigh. I nodded.

"Come in" he said. Meadow opened the door with her back to us as she pulled a cart with food and drinks on it. As she turned around she smiled until she realized how we were sitting.
"Oh god I'm sorry" she said quickly.
"You're okay just do what you have to do" Zeke said. She nodded and came and checked the stuff on the IV and turned to us.
"You removed the IV?" She asked.
"I had to pee, I'm sorry." I said quietly. As I gave her my arm again so she could put the IV back in. She put the IV back and then cleared her throat.
"I need to check the wounded leg" she said. Zeke nodded as he turned me carefully and quickly around on his lap. She checked the leg and looked to me with shock on her face.
"It should be healed within a few hours. It's healing faster than normal. Did you mark her?" She asked Zeke. He shook his head.
"She's just strongly unique is all, this is all her" he said as he tightened the arm wrapped around my waist. Meadow smiled as she glanced back and forth between us.
"Umm well I'll give you guys privacy. I put a do not disturb sign on the door so that Cassie can get some rest. You need to shower and clean your wound before it fully heals so that it doesn't get infected." She said to me. I nodded. She glanced to Zeke and I felt him nodded too. She left the room closing the door. As the door shut Zeke began laughing causing me to laugh.
