Zekes POV

After we left the restaurant we headed to the mall, we stopped by the phone store first.
"I should get Jay a new phone too, it's about time we both update ours" Brecken said, laughing quietly. We ended up getting Jay and Cassie both a white titanium IPhone 15 Pro. We both got the Black titanium IPhone 15 Pro. I also decided to get Kyla a phone, I got her a rose gold iPhone 13 Pro Max. It's was $1,000 each except for Kyla's was only $799. After we got the phones, we headed to Kay Jewelers.
"We came in here the other day, Cassie only looked at one ring until she saw the price then she walked out" Brecken said.
"What ring was it?" I asked him. I already knew her ring size, I had measured her finger while she was asleep so I could get the ring I proposed with.
"This one here" he said pointing at the LEO First Light Diamond ring, it was only $1,979. Less than I planned to spend but as long she loved it that was fine with me.
"Can I help you?" A lady said as she approached us.
"I want to get this one in a size 7" I said.
"Lucky day, We have one in stock in size 7." She said. I smiled as I went to find one for me. I found a matching one called, the LEO Diamond Wedding Band for $899. So I got it in a size 9, which they also had in stock. As we got the rings and paid, we left the store. We walked around the mall for awhile, before heading back to the car. We headed back home, it again only took us 10 minutes because I was speeding but I was excited to see Cassie. When we got home Brecken took the tuxes, rings and phones for him and Jay. I walked to Kyla's room and knocked on the door and waited, a few seconds later she opened the door.

"I was out and about today and I got you a phone, I put Cassie, Brecken, Jay, Ava, Leilany, Meadow and my number in it already for you. You don't have to worry about a phone bill or anything, I got it covered. It's yours and I will not mess with it but I do ask one thing." I said looking at her.
"Thank you so much, whatever I can do to repay you" She said excited.
"I want you to go to the pack school starting not this coming Monday but the following. Would that be okay?" I asked.
"Of course, I've always loved school and honestly I'm bored. I try to stay out of everyone's way." She said quietly.
"Kyla, this is your home. We love having you here. You may go wherever you please and do as you please. Never feel like you can't." I said. Tears appeared in her eyes so I pulled her into a hug.
"Hey you're family, there's no egg shells here. Anything you need, anything you want just ask me or Cassie and we'll get it for you, okay?" I said.
"Thank you for everything." She said. I nodded and handed her the phone before turning around and heading across the hall.  When I walked in Cassie was asleep on the bed. She looked so peaceful, I walked over and kissed her head before heading to the office. I stopped in the kitchen and put her food in the fridge. When I got to the office I pulled out my phone and her phone, I set them both up and programmed in numbers from my old phone. I put in everybody from the pack in both phones along with Kartier and Zaris numbers. I added Jacob and Bev's numbers to Cassie's phone and placed both phones on the desk. When I walked back to the bathroom, Cassie was just waking up.
"Hi beautiful" I said smiling at her. She smiled back. She was so beautiful when she smiled.
"How was shopping?" She asked quietly.
"Good, I stopped by your favorite restaurant and got your some food and I got you a phone." I said sitting next to her. She sat up quickly.

"You didn't have to get me a phone, I've been fine without one" She said.
"I know I didn't but it was hard today, I couldn't talk to you while I was gone." I said quietly.
"Thank you, I appreciate it." She said quietly.
"Brecken also got Jay a phone, I already programmed numbers in your phone. But before we get to the phone while you come with me so we can talk?" I asked quietly. She nodded but looked concerned. She went to stand but I picked her up bridal style and carried her to the couch, I sat down with her in my lap. I played with her hair for a minute before making eye contact.
"Is everything okay? Did I do something?" She asked concerned. I smiled lightly.
"No not at all, I just wanna talk to you about my parents." I said looking at her. She nodded softly.
"So my parents left the pack a few years ago.. they were having problems in the pack and in their marriage and my mom cheated with my dads best friend. My dad found them in bed together and lost his cool.. he killed his best friend and lost his wolf. After that they decided to go to the human world and in the middle of the night, they packed up and left all of us. I've been alpha since." I said. She looked at me with such sadness.
"I'm so sorry" She said.
"It's okay, I talk to them just not often. The reason I'm telling you this, is because I wanted to invite them to the wedding but I wanted your opinion first. My mom is a bit cold hearted. I was dating a girl before this happened and my mom chased her away. Which is fine because she wasn't my mate she was after my money, my mom paid her to leave. But in my mothers eyes nobody is good enough, I don't want her to try to chase you away. You're not aloud to leave unless it's what you want. I'm not going to let her chase you away. But I want your opinion." I said. She looked as if she was lost in thought.
"What are you thinking?" I asked as I watched her.
"Zeke if there's one thing I know, talk to your parents. Invite them to the wedding. I can handle your mom. I don't plan on scaring off that easy and I do not care about money. Call her tonight, invite her and I'll spend a day with her. She'll either hate me or love me but I'm used to being hated." She said. Her words made me happy and sad at the same time. I hate that she's used to being hated but I love that she's willing to handle my family drama.
"I'll call her tomorrow, tonight Brecken wants our help planning a date night for Jay. I told him I'd ask you." I said.
"Of course I'll help" She said smiling.
