A/N: ayoko talagang idamay mga Montazon sa story na 'to kasi they complicate things once they're involved. Montazons themselves were complicated enough. Gosh.

CHAPTER 29

RYAN NICKOLAS

"What should we do, then?"

And that made my father to set things to ruin everything.

"So your father doesn't respect your decision with your very own life too, huh?" she asked back as she sipped on the wine glass. "Does he plan to marry off Altheria with just somebody's family as well?"

"Do you think I will let him do that to my sister?"

She sighed.

"Oh. This made me want to ruin everything..." mabagal niyang saad habang nakatingin sa malayo.

She's almost a sister to me. Sabay silang lumaki ni Altheria mula noong maliliit palang sila. I watched them grew up with Hester until all of them became ladies.

The three of them were very protective of each other.

But Ziemlich suddenly left the country without a word after the news of her wedding with Strendal Montazon spread like a wildfire to the whole town.

Nakakaloko. The turned of events.

"If they choose to include Altheria here..." she trailed off, saying words without a heart. "I might as well ruin everything for them..."

My eyes narrowed.

"What? What do you mean? Do you have a plan?"

Nagtama ang mga mata namin. Bigla siyang ngumisi at tumungo.

"Oh, Kuya Yannick... I have so many cards hiding under my sleeves.

But my father...

"What do you mean?" I firmly asked.

She gritted her teeth. She looked up and meet my eyes.

"How's Ate Taliya?" she suddenly asked.

"She's... good. Why'd you ask?" I was confused.

"I'm glad..." she genuinely whispered.

"Did you ever wonder why your girlfriend's mother committed suicide?" she asked. "Do you really believe she did that because she was sick?"

"Ziemlich..." nagbabanta ang boses ko.

I am sensitive every time the topic involved Tita Tarina.
