It was the next morning and you woke up because the bright light from outside was piercing through your eyelids straight into your eyes and that was the problem, it was too bright outside but you had to be awake when it was still supposed to be dark. "Shit!" You quickly stirred out of your bed mad that your alarm hadn't gone off. "No...I'm late!" The second you placed your feet on the ground the world started spinning and your head felt heavy. "Why did I drink..." The headache wasn't an obstacle for you to begin combing through your closet to find some clothes because you still had to go to work no matter in what state you were in.

In a hurry, you threw on a wrinkled shirt and some pants that didn't match, and holding on to the furniture you stumbled out of the bedroom and immediately headed for the door. "Why won't you go in..." You struggled to place the key in the hole before you felt a set of hands appear on your shoulders startling you a bit, but when you saw that it was your girlfriend you calmed down a bit. "Shit...Riss...you scared me. I'm running late, my alarm didn't go off." You quietly explained yourself and while trying to catch your breath you continued trying to unlock the doors.

"No, no, I think you should stay in today...I turned your alarm off." She gently pulled the key out of your hands. "You did what! But I'm fine, trust me..."  You replied trying to get the key back, but in the process you got dizzy and lost your balance making Larissa catch you, proving her point. "Let's go sit down..." She began guiding you towards the sofa but you suddenly felt nauseous, your mouth began to water and you knew what was about to happen. Quickly you pulled yourself away from Larissa's arms and rushed to the bathroom where you immediately collapsed on the floor to empty your guts.

Almost instantly you felt Larissa by your side holding your hair back so they don't get in the way. "I'm disgusting...please go away, I don't need you holding my hair..." You quietly said trying to catch your breath, feeling your whole body shaking from the sudden sickening feeling that resulted from yesterday's drinking. "Even in this state, you are beautiful my dear..." "Riss no...I'm not." You finally scooched away from the toilet letting your body rest against the cold tile wall. "Are you feeling better?" She asked. She was crouched down so your eyes could be on the same level as hers in which you couldn't stop drowning.

"Mhm." You nodded already feeling the sickness fading away. "Alright, come on..." She took your hand and gently pulled you up already guiding you out of the bathroom when you just stopped, remembering an important thing you had to do so you at least don't feel that disgusting. "Wait, I will brush my teeth." "Shure honey." She placed a warm kiss on your forehead before letting you go and exiting the bathroom.

While brushing your teeth you tried to recall what happened yesterday, it wasn't the clearest picture but there were those specific moments no one could ever forget. You again went overboard with alcohol, Marilyn took you home, and both of you shared a kiss until Marilyn stopped respecting your boundaries. "Fuck...how can such a disgusting person exist." It was the moment you remember the best, how you asked her to stop, saying it was wrong but she just kept kissing you until Larissa showed up. Just imagining what kind of scene Larissa saw when she showed up made your stomach twist in a tight knot. Was she mad? At who? You or Marylin? Both? Does she know the full story, that you didn't back away when the woman began to kiss you? All these questions made you feel sick again, but you took a few deep breaths and the feeling went away.

"Why aren't you at Nevermore?" You asked as you entered the kitchen to be presented with Larissa sitting and patiently waiting for you with a glass of water on the table at the spot you usually sat. "I took a day off because I knew you wouldn't be feeling too well and don't worry, I informed your absence at work as well." "Thank you..." You sat down in the seat right across where Larissa was sitting.
