The next day you woke up on your sofa. A little part of you was expecting Larissa Weems to be there, but to your disappointment, she wasn't. But you were still glad that she had dropped you off at your apartment and had spent at least some time with you.

The moment you stepped out of the sofa you were struck back to reality as soon as your leg came in contact with the floor. You were able to walk properly without limping, but the pain was still somewhat there. At first, you wanted to call in sick but then understood that if you did so then you would have to get a doctor's notice, and you didn't want to go see a doctor and waste your time in the clinic.

So you pursued on with your morning, got ready, and did some little things around the house before you left for work. You weren't limping anymore, at least not as noticeably as yesterday, but the pain on a somewhat of a level was still there. But it didn't stop you to have a full workday.

You did everything you usually did, went to Weathervane, talked to Tyler, and after that headed straight to work. The day wasn't special and the last this you expected was to see Larissa, especially after the last night. So all you did was waited to go back home and rest.

And as you were about to leave for home, someone entered the store and when you looked up you saw the person you had least expected. "Oh, hey...what brings you here?" You asked as the tall, beautiful woman approached you at the counter. "I would like to buy the next book, please." She replied her voice sounding as beautiful as always. "So you like the series?" You replied as you were already heading to grab the next book. Usually, the customer had to get the book themselves, but you were so blinded by her beauty that you didn't even think about that.

"It's not something I would read in my day-to-day life, but I can't say it is bad." She carefully watched as you went to get the book, to see how your leg was doing from the previous night. "That's good, I'm glad you like it." You quickly went back up to the counter immediately getting a hint of her sweet perfume. You quickly rang her up, as Larissa didn't let her eyes away from you.

"Here..." You handed her the book and softly smiled. She took it and was about to leave, but you didn't want her to leave, at least not yet, so you quickly reacted and said: "Hey...Maybe you want to go grab a cup of coffee or something." You wanted to spend the rest of the day with her and Larissa did too so she was quick with her reply, "I would love to..." She smiled back glad that you had suggested this idea because she was about to suggest the same thing.

"Okay...I will just grab my bag and we can go." Your heart was racing a little because you wanted to say thank you for her coming to pick you up yesterday so late at night. "Take your time..." She replied as she lightly pressed against the counter ready to wait even eternity for you. So you quickly got your stuff and were ready to leave, not having any idea how much Larissa adored seeing you quickly rush to get your stuff to not make her wait.

Both of you left the bookstore soon after and started making your way to Weathervane. As you were walking you could feel your leg still hurt a bit, but you tried to hide it from Larissa so she wouldn't rant about you going to the doctor, but as if she had read your mind she asked: "Is your ankle still hurting?" She asked it in the sweetest way possible that it made your heart race a little. "Better, it hurts a little, but nothing I can't handle." You said it as if it was nothing serious but it wasn't the same for Larissa.

"Y/n...I would really advise you to go see a doctor, I don't want for you to make it worse." You absolutely loved how much Larissa seemed to care for you, it made you feel closer to her. "I don't think it is something serious." You replied trying to assure Larissa that everything was fine. You really didn't want to go to the doctor because you didn't really like going there as well as you didn't want to spend your money on a useless appointment. You not wanting to talk about this subject anymore spit out something random to just change the subject.
