You were casually enjoying your evening by watching a movie and just relaxing. It had been a few days since you stayed the unintentional night at Larissa's and since that weekend you hadn't contacted her. You were more relying on seeing her in person at the bookstore on any given day now and that is why you weren't too worried about not contacting her at the moment. So all you did right now was already dosing off on your sofa when you heard a message pop up and when you checked it you saw that it was from your new friend group.

Just the next day after staying at Larissa's you had desired to go clear your head out. You wanted to be completely alone with nature because you wanted to completely sort your thoughts about the way you felt towards Larissa. You weren't quite sure if she was just a crush that would go away in a matter of time or if you actually liked her and were ready to commit to her if that chance ever appeared, which you doubted because you always said to yourself, 'how such a beautiful woman like her would like me?' You thought that you weren't up to her standards, that you were at the bottom of her list of people she would date, and the worst part was that you didn't know if she even liked girls.

These thoughts had to be sorted in your head as soon as possible, but you couldn't even get to them because as you were looking down at your phone you ran into a group consisting of only a few people. And so you all started chatting from that day on. The group consisted of three boys and three girls not including you and you still hadn't managed to catch their names. The only persons that stuck into your mind were a boy named Rio, and two girls Kate and Jesicca, these people were easier for you to remember because they dressed more distinctively and didn't blend in with the others.

So now you were sitting on your sofa half awake trying to process the text message you had received from one of the people in the group. He was asking for all of you to meet up at a certain spot today and everyone immediately agreed and where waiting on you to give your answer. You feeling a little pressured and not wanting to feel left out agreed on meeting up even tho you would rather stay at your apartment and do nothing.

Not long after you had texted in the group chat you started getting ready. You threw on a comfortable sweater and some sweatpants before leaving your apartment. You had just taken your phone with you because you didn't see any point for you to take a backpack with you. Quickly not wasting any time you made your way to the meeting spot where everyone was already waiting for you.

''Hey Y/n! We are so glad you made it!'' One of the boys greeted you, he was a little bit older than you, in fact, you were the youngest of the group. ''Why? Why am I so special today?'' You were a little confused because everyone seemed to be agreeing with that guy's statement. ''Well...'' Jesicca walked up to you as she started speaking, she had long black hair and a silver nose ring always accenting her dark and heavy makeup, ''You are here with us today, but you're not a member of this group...'' She smirked, ''at least not yet.'' And right after she said that your eyes got covered with some kind of fabric making the world around you get even darker.

''Don't be afraid, and just follow our lead.'' You heard Kates's voice from a distance before someone took your arm and started leading you. ''Oh and don't try to trip over something, we don't want you getting hurt,'' someone said who was walking in front of you.

For a good hour, all of you walked somewhere, but you didn't know where and that was exciting. You really liked that everyone's attention was on you, that you were the star of the night, but you had no idea what they had in store for you. You understood that these are initiations of some kind, to make you a member of their group. This group of people wasn't ordinary, they weren't the normal type of people you'd see on the street every day, but on the contrary, you have to look for such people in the deepest corners, and somehow you happened to meet them.

They dressed in more gothic clothing, they smoked a lot of weed, and you were suspecting that they were more on the spiritual side and that is what drew you closer to them, you wanted to know and understand their way of thinking and their beliefs. But you had already on the first day clarified to them that you weren't going to smoke weed and change your fashion choices to fit in with them, and they were completely fine with that which made you want to stick around even more.

You had lost track of how long you were already walking, the only thing you were aware of was the ground under your feet. The pavement had switched to grass and then to moss making you think that you were on some empty field with woods nearby because you could smell the nice aroma of the pine trees. Walking with your eyes tied and only relying on other people around you was already a journey by itself when you got hit back to reality by Kates's voice: ''Okay...now you will have to walk by yourself, this is where everything starts...'' And suddenly no one was holding you by your arm, you just had to keep on moving forward but this time actually try not to trip over something

You walked for good 10 minutes without anyone's help when suddenly you tripped over something and fell to the ground. ''Ouch!'' You felt your ankle hit against a hard surface which most definitely was a rock, but after everything fell silent was when you realized that there were no other footsteps around you. ''H-Hello?'' You finally decided to take off your blindfold, expecting lit candles surrounding you as if a ceremony would take place here, but what you saw was not near what you had expected.

There were no candles surrounding you, just darkness and woods but the worst part was that there was no one else besides yourself. ''Hello? Hello!? Kate? Jessica? Rio? The other gang whose names I'm yet to remember?'' You desperately looked around thinking that your vision was off, but it wasn't, there was no one here. ''G-Guys?'' Your voice started to become shaky so you decided to stand back up from the fall you had received just a moment ago, but when you tried you felt sharp pain radiate throughout your ankle, making you fall back down in the little bit damp moss.

''Hello? HELLO! Can anyone hear me?'' Now because you tried to stand back up it triggered for your ankle to start hurting making you want to cry. You felt completely alone and helpless, you didn't know if it was a part of this becoming member thing or a sick joke, all you knew was that you might die in these woods because it seemed like you were pretty deep in them as well. ''Fuckkk, no...why me...I'm so stupid, why did I agree with this!'' You were trying to hold yourself together the best you could when a thought spiraled up in your mind which didn't help the situation by a single bit.

''Woods...no! No, No, NO! FUCK I WILL LITLERRLAY DIE!'' You let your emotions slip for a split second resulting in you screaming out of pure panic because it had just occurred to you that it was really late, you were alone, and you were in the woods, and that the monster or the killer came to play out at night. ''Shit! Shit!'' You knew you had to get away from here as fast as possible when suddenly you heard a noise coming in your direction. ''This can't be...'' Immediately you believed that it was the killer coming to make you its next victim, ''I'm too young to die!''

You started backing away from the noise while still on the ground, you were scared to stand up and run because you felt like the pain from your ankle would make you fall, so either way you were screwed. The noise wasn't loud but it didn't dismiss the fact that it could be the killer because no one truly knew what it looked like. It was coming closer and closer to you, till the point tears just started rolling down your cheeks and your whole body was shaking from fear. ''I'm not ready to die...'' You closed your eyes scared to face the worst.
