She had an end

"I'm sorry Taylor, for all of that stuff with me and Tom, but you know I don't love him. All I did was need some comfort. You know how that feels." I explained to Taylor. She just stood with her arms crossed, her broken face angry. Tom had messed her up many times. More and more on top of the alreayd painful wounds. She was getting tired of it. And I wanted to be there for her until the end. And I knew there would be an end. Tom made that very clear.

"I won't forgive you. I never will." Taylor said, her voice grainy from not talking in days.

"Taylor! Tom is gonna kill you! I'm trying to help you and be nice to you in you'r last days!" I shouted at her. She didn't seem to understand the reality of what was happening. And she still didn't.

"I don't forgive you. And I don't need any last good days, I just want to die." Taylor said. No matter how much she tried to hide her pain, no matter how tough she wanted to seem, I could still see the pain in her eyes. Every single second I was with her. It was easy to see.

"I give up. Please, don't come crawling to me when Tom tries to kill you. You asked for it." I said. Ending the conversation and walking away.
It was night time and Bill stood outside his car waiting for me. He had a strange smile on his face that didn't seem to have a cause.

"Why are you smiling dingus?" I asked Bill. He kept smiling.

"Because I have a surprise at home." He said and stepped a little bit away from the car to open the door for me to the passanger seat. I used to be in the back, and now he wants me in the front.
I got inside and he went to the other side of the car, looking around in the darkness.

"I think we need to find Tom first. He's gonna kill her. Today. He told me." Bill said, ruining his and my good mood. I had to agree with him.
First we drove home and checked the whole house to find Tom. He wasn't anywhere. So we tried to make a plan. Tried to think about where he could be. The first place we went other than the house was the hospital. Maybe he forgot something there. But nobody had seen him and when we looked around the place we were, he wasn't there. So we had to go to the next place which was a bar. One out of many bars he could be in.
It took three bars until we actually found him. He was almost alone in the bar which is unusual. And he didn't look any different. Not more sad or angry and deffinately not more happy.

"Tom, lets go home." Bill said. I was too scared to say anything. And I would probably make him angry or something like that.

"Where is Taylor?" He asked. His voice cold and hard. Looking straight through Bill.

"I'm not sure." Bill said, just as cold as Tom. He looked like he got enough of Tom doing everything. Being the leader. And I just stood there quietly which gave me the opportunity to find out what they were feeling by the looks of them. Bill was easier than Tom. Tom was basically blank. I would assume he was annoyed at Bill not telling him anything. But I couldn't be sure. And Bill... well he seemed like the good old Bill. Cold and mean, just like Tom.

Tom then looked over to me. Into my soul. I wanted to look away but it would make him think I was scared of him. I couldn't risk that.

"You know where she is right?" Tom said, just as cold as before. I knew that Taylor never really went anywhere new. If she needed to get away from the house, she would go to a bar. That was her only option.

"Some bar or at home I'll guess." I said, trying to seem cool like I wasn't freaking out.
Taylor knew Tom was going to kill him. It was never a surprise to her, and I tried to warn her. She didn't care about death, but I still felt so bad for helping Tom find her.
Tom got up from the chair, visibly drunk but hiding it well. And he went out to the cars.
Bill grabbed his shoulder.

"You're drunk, let me drive." Bill said. I knew Tom would decline the offer so I didn't stop. I went straight for Tom's car instead of Bill's. And I was right. Tom declined aggressively and we all went into Tom's car. It went surprisingly well considering that he's drunk. And we got to the house in one piece and just as I suspected, Taylor was there.
She was in the kitchen getting a drink but stopped when we went inside. She let out a loud sigh. Sounded almost like relief.

"Finally, just get it over with then." Taylor said and put down her glass on the kitchen counter. Then she just stood and waited for death.

Tom's pov:

She wanted me to kill her. She just waited for me to shoot her in the head. But I won't do that. I'll show her how painful death can be. Not a relief but hell. Literally hell.
So instead of my gun, I walked closer and took a kitchen knife. She looked confused at first but I knew she knew what was coming. And she deserved it.
I grabbed her arm and slammed it into the counter. And then I stabbed the kitchen knife into her lower arm, the tip of the knife hitting the table through her arm.
She screamed but didn't cry. She was in pain but still tried to hide it. I liked seeing the pain in her face. The tears pushing against her will. And watching Scarlett clinging tightly onto Bill's arm in the backround made me feel like I succeded. I wanted both of them to hurt because of me. I wanted to break them.
I let go of the knife and let it stay inside her arm. She tried to keep quiet but couldn't stop a few whimpers.

"I will make this hurt." I whispered coldly into her ear as I got an idea. I walked over to Bill and reached out a hand.

"Give me your knife. The same one you used on Scarlett's hand." I said and waited. At first he didn't react. I almost started thinking he wouldn't give it to me. But he reached into his pocket and pulled out his knife. He handed it over and I walked back to Taylor to finish the job.

"Just so you know before you die, I did actually love you. I used to. But Scarlett was better than you in every aspect since I saw her for the first time. You never stood a chance against her." I said and pointed the knife towards Scarlett. I could hear that Scarlett started to cry. I already broke her. Now I just need to finish off Taylor.
I put the knife against her neck, and sliced while looking deeply into her eyes. I wanted to see the panic on her face as she realized that she's dying. As her body does everything it can to stay alive and ahe regrets that she ever wanted death. And I saw all of that.
All of that until all life went away from her face and she fell to the floor, ripping her arm and hand with the knife. The knife fell out of her arm and landed on the floor with a loud noise.
