Lexa's POV

Air. I inhaled a large amount if air. "Lexa!" Someone screamed. My vision hasn't returned to me yet so I don't know who it was. It was one of the boys though.

"Lexa, look at me, baby. Do you remember me?" I blinked away the blurriness and looked to my left. There was Luke and Calum, standing right next to me.

"Yeah, I think.." I said innocently. "You are dumb and dumber, right?" I laughed at my own words.

"She's back." Calum rolled his eyes. I smiled and tossed my legs over the bed.

"Bring it in!" I yelled and threw my arms open. Both boys laughed and came in for the hug. I felt complete again, like my world was right. Everything was in its place.

"How is Madison?" I questioned them. They didn look sad anymore which was a good thing, right?

"She is fine. Her soul is back to her, but she is gonna take a bit longer to recover, she's been dead for hours on end. Almost the whole day." Luke told me. I nodded in understandment and looked to my brother. It must have broken these two guys.

"Guys, I am sorry to put you through all this stress. I didn't know what else to do. I wanted to help her! I felt like it was my fault! Please, forgive me? I hate seeing you guys like this. Like you haven't ate or slept in days." I said all that in one breath.

"I told you, I'd spend a lifetime worrying about you." Luke told me. He reached for my hand and held it. The warmth made me smile.

"And I told you I would protect you from anything." Calum said. I thought that they were both just saying those things to be nice. Ya know? Like something you tell someone just so they could stop worrying, but now I understand that they meant it.

"Where are Ash and Mikey? We need to get you guys some food and stop by our houses. What have you told mom?" I turned my attention to Calum.

"That we were driving out to Luke's. I also said we might stay overnight a couple nights." He told me. I gave him a grateful hug. "You're so lucky that mom likes Luke and that he is my friend because I bet you wouldn't be able to get away with half the stuff you do if he wasn't."

"We'd make it work. Right?" Luke wrapped hid arms around my waist. His chest pressed to my back.

"Of course, we'd be forbidden lovers. Like Romeo and Juliet or something." I laughed ands started walking out of the room with Luke still clinging to me.

"Your just lucky I haven't chopped off your dick yet, Hemmings." Calum sent him a death glare.

"Is that Princess Lexa?" I heard Michael ask from across the hallway. I laughed and bowed my head. Michael got down on one knee and bowed his. When we were little me and Madison used to dress up as princesses and make our families bow to us.

"You may stand, peasant. Where is my lady in waiting?" I questioned with a slight arrogance to my voice. Michael smiled and tilted hus head to the door. I nodded and walked in. Ashton was holding Madison's hand.

"How you holding up?" I asked him, restong my hand on his shoulder.

"I'm fine now, she is okay. Honestly, I didn't want her to leave me again. I was being selfish. I just didn't want to lose her." He says without looking at me.

"Its fine. I understand. The boys and I are going out to get some pizza, you are coming too. There is no way you are saying no because Madison would want me to make sure you are doing okay. And you need some food and rest. Go get ready. I want a minute alone with her." I smiled. Ash stood and gave me a hug.

"I'm glad your back. Both of you." He told me. I didn't say anything. I just watched him leave the room.

"Hey, Mads. You did it. You saved us. " I said to her. "Remember how I would tell how I wanted to die whenever I was upset? Yeah, well, I will never say that again. Death is scary and there is so much to live for. I mean I almost died a virgin. You saved me from living with that guilt. When you wake up, I have something to give you. Anyways, I hear the boys fighting over shot gun. And don't worry, Luke and Ash saged the house. You will be okay. I love you more than you'll ever know. See ya, Mads." I gave her hand a squeeze and made sure she had Fredrick at her side and was tucked in nicely.

On my way out the door I caught my reflection. "What the hell did she do to my hair?" I asked myself. I laughed and shrugged.

"Alright boys, lets get some food. Cal is buying!" I shrieked and ran out the door. I knew Calum was going to chase me.

"You are a brat." He laughed once he caught me. I scrunched my nose and stuck our my tongue.

"I'm dating a five year old." Luke joked and patted my head.

"I'm dating a noodle." I retliated.

"Oh yeah? Wanna say that again, Hood?" Luke raised his eyebrows and started to chase me. I ran and made a circle around my car. Out of breath, I leaned against the vehicle to gain my speed back.

I peeked over the car and I couldn't see Luke. Good, I lost him. I started to reveal myself when Luke jumped out at me. I let out a scream and tried wiggling out of his hold but it was no use.

"Gotchya, Hood." He said.

"Shove it, Hemmings." I countered.

"Gladly." He growled in my ear.
