Lexa's POV

"Aren't we getting too big to go into a fun house?" Luke laughs. I rolled my eyes and grasped his hand, following Ashton and Madison into the house.

"No, now be quiet." I told him. There were some kids in there that stared at the four of us, but I didn't mind. There were also some girls eyeing Ash and Luke, that part I minded.

"Hey, are you going to keep staring at my boyfriend? Or are you going to go put on some clothes so you dont look like a prostitute?" I snapped as the blonde girl kept eyeing Luke. She gave me a cold glare.

"I'm just wondering how the hell he ended up with trash like you?" She countered. I tensed my jaw and started walking towards her, but Luke pulled me back.

"Its not worth it." He whispered to me. Deep down I wanted him to defend me, not stop me.

"I'm sorry that you look like a rat, but even makeup can't help with that honey." Madison said finally. "And I think you should stop using self tanner, you look like a burnt zucchini ."

The blonde rolled her eyes and started walking away. I smiled at my best friend and l looped my arm around hers.

"Thanks, Mads." I said. Ever since that dream I have been on edge. Even when I was getting dressed I was worried. I kept thinking if Luke would like it or not and I never used to worry about that.

"Anytime, Lex. And I know something is up. Go talk to Luke. Ash and I will be somewhere. Text me if you need me okay?" She said. I nodded and gave her a hug before she left along, happily with her boyfriend.

I started walking, Luke at my side. I didn't make an attempt to say anything. I just looked around. Thats when I saw a little kid having a hard time tying his shoes. "Wait for me!" He yelled to his friends, but they didn't hear him.

"Hey, buddy, you need some help?" I question and knelt down to his level. I made sure my shorts were covering ass. I took the laces from his hands and started tying them for him.

"Thank you!" He exclaimed and hugged my legs once I was finished. I rustled his hair and watched him run to find his friends.

"You're gonna be a great mom." Luke told me once we started walking again.

"I guess." I mumbled. I stuffed my hands in my back pockets and bit the inside of my cheek. I saw a couple about our age in line for the ferris wheel. The boy took a bite of his girlfriend's pink cotton candy. Lucky them, they are normal. They don't have to deal with the stuff I've dealt with. Instantly I felt my stomach burn with anger.

What is happening to me? I almost never feel this way. "Lex, are you okay?" Luke asks. Its funny because people have been asking me if I were okay for the past week and the truth was I wasn't. I wasn't okay at all, but I smiled and nodded in their faces, hoping that they would leave me alone about it.

"Yeah, I guess." I replied simply and got in line for the food truck. And ever since I was put back in my own body, I have been hungry. Like there isn't enough food in the world to please me.

"Stop saying you guess! Lexa, tell me what's wrong!" Luke almost yelled. I got strange looks from the people around us and I buried my head in my hands.

"I'm scared okay! I'm scared I'm going to lose you! Soon enough you are going to get tired of me and leave me. You will find somene better. Someone prettier and smarter. Someone that isn't as fucked up as me!" I let out all my rage. I felt my hands shake and my body overcome with several emotions.

"Oh, Lex.." Luke started, "I'm not going to leave you. Why would you think that?" He questioned, putting a lock of hair behind my ear. I shrug and crossed my arms over my chest.

"I had a dream that you were with someone else." I made it a point to not include Susie in this. I don't want him to worry even further.

"A dream? Really, Lex?" He frowned at me. "Funnel cake." Luke ordered my favorite.

"I'm sorry, Luke. I am so sorry." I replied. I was acting irrationally. This wasnt me. I almost never worried about what people thought of me. I barely think about the future. I think about the present.

"Its fine, baby girl." He handed me the funnel cake. I smiled and took a piece of it off and popped it in my mouth. "I love you okay?" He kisses my cheek.

"I know. I love you too." I said.

After riding six rides, eating kettle corn, cotton candy, hot dogs and chilli fries, and Luke winning me a giant stuffed wolf we decided to call it a night.

"Do you want to stay the night?" I asked Luke as Ashton pulled into my house. Madison was acting more lovey dovey than usual, which wasn't strange, just sickening.

"Your parents won't have a problem right?" He smiled at me. His dimple became evident and I shook my head.

"Of course not, lets go." I opened the door and turned to the couple.

"Nu'night Mads. I love you." I blew her an imaginary kiss.

"Love you too." She smiled.

"Goodnight Ash. Take it easy on her tonight." I winked. They both laughed and said bye.

"Alright, looks like Cal isn't home yet." I said as I looked for his shoes once I unlocked the front door. We always took our shoes off at the door.

"Mom!" I called.

"Yes, dear?" I heard her say. She was in her office. I took Luke's hand and walked to her.

"Is it okay if Luke stays the night?" I questioned. She looked up from her papers. She smiled sweetly at my boyfriend.

"Of course, just sleep with the door open. How are you, Luke?" She asks.

"I'm good. How are you?" Luke was always so polite around my parents. It was cute.

"Stressed because of work, but you two get to bed. Lexa has school in the morning." I nodded and started walking up the stairs.

"I'm gonna use the restroom real quick." I informed Luke. He nodded and went into my room. I shut the bathroom door and at the same time I felt my stomach growl.

I bent over the toilet and allowed myself to throw up. I closed my eyes as I felt the chunks come up. After about three minutes of throwing up, I think I was done. I flushed the toilet and stood. My legs were shaking and my nerves were at an all time high.

I took my tooth brush and started brushing all the vomit away. I rinsed out my mouth and shut off the water. I looked up to my reflection. My eyes were pink! I stared at myself a little longer, I felt fear run through my veins.

I blinked and my eyes were brown again. "You're going crazy." I whspered to myself and walked out the bathroom.

"What took so long?" Luke laughed.

"Nothing." I lied.
