long time, no talk.

i don't know if anyone even still has this book saved in their library, but if you do, hi. the other night i was watching the brittany broski video of her going through her wattpad library and her fics, and it made me remember this account and story, and so i reread it.

ohmygod. i cannot believe i put you through all of this. clearly 17-18 year old me was going through a lot and was using my main character to work through it/take it out on. 

but i'm 22 now. i write... a smidge better. and i've decided i'm going to rewrite this. i'll be keeping most of the same characters and vaguely the same storyline, but i know i want this revamped. theo and my 17 year old self deserve that.

so if you're seeing this, know that as of 4 october 2023, i've begun to rework this story. i haven't decided if i want to publish as i go, or rewrite the whole thing and release at once. 

if you are still here, please let me know any thoughts, questions, concerns, critiques. i promise i'll read them all. and i'm taking into consideration all of the comments that i have seen rereading all of it.

it's crazy to look at this now and think that a little something i was writing by the seat of my pants my senior year of high school got so many reads and so many comments. so many of you were so dedicated to theo and ben, and it means the entire world to me. from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
