After a week, natransfer na si Aurelia into a private room. She's just undergoing some physical therapy to regain her strength at syempre para mamonitor 'ko rin ang bata for my peace na din. Bada and I are very civil with each other. Nagkakamustahan kami, nagtatawanan at nag-aasaran. We also agreed to just take it slow to gain back each other's trust.

I decided to take a few days off dahil gusto 'ko din naman mag unwind. I do this everytime I feel like I'm getting suffocated and drowned by the amount of work I have to do. I find other hobbies to do other than work dahil marunong padin naman akong mabuhay outside the hospital. Buti na lang ay inaya ako ni Nurse Kian sa isang lugar sa Tagaytay kung saan may kumakanta at nanunuod lang ang mga tao while eating. It's kind of like a resto-bar pero this time, walang alcohol involved. Pumayag naman ako. I wanted Aiki and Bada to come with me even just for a day dahil ngayon 'ko lang ulit nakasama ang mga ito kaso walang magbabantay kay Aurelia.

I'm wearing my favorite boyfriend jeans and a simple graphic t-shirt. I tucked the side of my shirt inside my pants and wore an open-toed wedge heel and partnered it with my gentlewoman micro dumpling bag. I put my hair in a clamp.

Saktong sakto, while I was putting on make-up, I received a text from Bada. Lord, sign na ba 'to?

Lee: Hi! I heard day off mo, do you have any plans today?

I felt butterflies in my tummy again just like before.

Me: Ahh, inaya kasi ako ni Kian pumunta sa Tagaytay, parang tambayan lang. Kamusta si Aurelia?
Lee: She's okay. Enjoy ka!
Me: Thank you. Hug Aurelia for me! :)

Sinundo na ako ni Kian dahil we agreed that I won't come with him not unless he drives. Pumayag naman agad ito kaya mas pabor sa akin. On the way to Tagaytay, nakaramdam ako ng antok kaya naman ay natulog muna ako.

"Doc, dito na tayo!!" sigaw ni Kian sa akin. Grabe naman talaga 'tong bading na 'to. Inayos 'ko na ang sarili 'ko at lumabas na sa sasakyan ni Kian. Pumasok na kami agad. May kumausap kay Kian kaya naman I chose the table where we'll be seated. I sat down on a table in front of the stage. Bumalik na din si Kian after a few minutes at nag order na din kami ng makakain namin. Nagsimula nang tumugtog ang banda sa harapan, we were both singing along with the song. Nang maiserve na ang pagkain ay biglang sinabi ng host na meron daw open mic tonight kaya pwede daw pumunta sa harapan ang gustong kumanta. Susubo palang ako ng pagkain 'ko when Kian shouted "Si Doc. Cassandra po, she volunteers daw." tinignan 'ko ito ng masama.

"Ahhh, a round of applause for the beautiful doctor sitting infront. Come on up po, Doc!" sabi ng host sa akin. I was nervous dahil matagal na akong hindi kumakanta. I borrowed the acoustic guitar of one of the band members at binigay naman niya ito agad sa akin. I made sure na nasa tono ito before I sat down on a stool and arranged the mic stand to my liking. "Goodevening, everyone. I'm Cassandra and that's my very echoserong friend na si Kian. I'm not really a singer, I write songs lang din for fun so this is an original song. I hope you guys like it." sabi 'ko bago magsimulang tumugtog.
