Cheska has finally turned 10 years old. She had been counting down the days until her birthday for months.

As the day finally arrived, she was ready to start this new chapter of her life and all the adventures that would come with it.

Cheska skips through the rows of colorful flowers in her grandmother Gertrude's beautiful garden. Gertrude, follows close behind, a smile lighting up her face.

"Look, Grandma! These flowers are so pretty. What are they called?"

"Those are daisies, my dear. They're one of my favorites. They symbolize innocence and purity."

Cheska bends down to examine the delicate petals, her eyes filled with wonder.

"They're like tiny suns in the ground. I love them!"

Gertrude watches her granddaughter with pride, her heart swelling with love.

"Cheska, spending time with you in this garden brings me so much joy. I'm grateful for these moments we share together."

Cheska looks up at Gertrude, her eyes shining with adoration.

"Me too, Grandma! I love being here with you. It feels like a magical place."

Gertrude looks through the window and saw Robert and Martha having a misunderstanding, she excuses herself and left to be there with them.

Cheska spoke, "Guys, have you seen the latest episode of "Heroes Unite"? It was so epic!'

Patricia, who is already on her 20s, spoke, "Yes, Cheska! I loved how they saved the city from the evil villain. It was so intense!"

Louis nods, "Totally! And did you see that fight scene with Captain Thunder? It was mind-blowing!"

Tonet nods, "I can't wait for the next episode. We should have a "Heroes Unite" marathon at my place this weekend!"

Lito spoke, "Count me in, Tonet! I'll bring the snacks. Let's make it a superhero-themed movie night!'

Cheska's eyes sparkle with excitement, feeling a sense of belonging and camaraderie with her friends.

"That sounds amazing, guys! I'll bring my Captain Thunder action figure. He can join us in our heroic movie marathon!"

The group bursts into laughter, their shared love for superheroes strengthening their bond.

But then, Cheska was bothered to be there withour Gertrude so she went upstairs, only to find Robert, Gertrude, and Martha arguing.

Cheska leans on the wall, eavesdropping.

Robert yelled, "Cheska, it would be better if you should have cooked right away! I came from work! And I'm extremely exhausted and tired and this is what I get!"

Martha gasped, "I am exhausted from college and work! I am also tired, not just you! We have been constantly fighting for years! Robert! I don't want us to end up like Miracle and Alfredo!"

Robert started yelling, "THIS WOULDN'T HAPPEN IF YOU JUST LISTENED AND AGREED THAT YOU STAY HERE AT HOME, WATCHING OUR DAUGHTER WHILE I WORK!"

"HEY!" Gertrude yelled and laid a finger at Robert, "Don't you dare yell at my daughter! And you, Martha, he's right, I'm tired of raising Cheska all by myself! I am old for crying out loud and your father can't take care of Cheska because he has tuberculosis!"

Cheska sheds tears upon hearing how her grandmother is tired of taking care of her.

Martha gasps and starts to break down into tears, "This wouldn't happen if you just let me abort Cheska when she was still in my womb!"
